This place was hard to get customer service and staff work attire was not worn to show they are staff. The public restroom were dirty and no working soap dispensers and the hallway to the restroom had boxes on left side along the wall. At first I thought we are in the inventory room but we followed the sign for restrooms. My nephew was looking for a pedal but they were slim selection but the staff offered to order product but we declined. Looking at their products was looking very disorganized and sloppy in the display. Even the staff felt bad how the displayed looked and muttered the place was in bad shape.

I go into this store once a week for my lesson. The store is stocked with all sorts of musical supplies, books, and instruments. The store is always clean and the staff and owner have always been nothing but friendly. There have been times where my instrument needed some adjustments, and Miles has been right on whatever issue I may be having. Over the last year, they've made some expansions, especially in the service department. I've even bought two instruments from them, and I've sold back one instrument.
