Luckily Bryson was able to clear his schedule to check this for me. From the other quotes I received from other companies, Bryson was very honest and fair with his price to get the Single Williams wall heater up and running. He did not even try to sell me a new unit to replace. Even though he could have but he didn't​ since he was able to get the wall heater working. He said no I won't move on because I'm not done explaining how your old unit isn't compatible with the ring. Yes I understand. But my ac is 25 yo my ring is 8 yo and it's been working until now. The first time they charged it for the wrong amount, $1000 short of the quote. Then they recharged it for the correct amount. Fine, no biggie. We collected our equipment and received our final receipt to show payment and went on with our lives. Two weeks later, I receive a separate charge for over $700. We immediately email the company and plan to call in the morning. I check my account in the morning and they did it again, another $700 charge! They over drafted my account, and her answer was, "I am not billing, I don't know why they did that." Then tried to explain some hidden fees that are BS and we had to explain that we have already sent over documents for tax purposes, already paid the service fees, etc. It is outrageous that a large company such as this one has this type of billing errors. Not to mention they have a woman handling customers that is absolutely incapable of good customer service or competence. I have other small business owners who actually refuse to purchase here because of her. Equipment is 5 stars, service/billing is negative and I do not recommend.
