This is the worst company to have any work done! They took my mother out of her house for seven months and still didn't have the job done when she was moving back in. They had to immediately throw in a toilet and throwing their beds because they were coming home! They are still working on her home after nine months now! The work is poorly done. There are hazards on the floor, including tripping hazards, which is very difficult for very elder lady. There are three elderly people at that house and two handicap people. They work they have done is poorly, and to say the least they ruined, very good furniture and my mother's side yard, which had brand new grass in it. They just trampled over it and threw material on it. They didn't care! They are horrible company. They have horrible workers who barely show up when they're supposed to. I know I've gone over there at 10:30 and nobody was there yet who knows if they ever showed up. They still only come when they want to. They still haven't gotten my mother's house finished! I'm still overcharged her through the insurance company, Allstate. These people have made their money and done very little work and what work they have done is atrocious! I don't think they could do a good job if they tried it. It's like they went to Home Depot and hired people from there! That's the quality of work we got with this company and their workers. It's a sad day. My mother just wants to have her home back and it be safe and at least up to the quality of products and workmanship that went into it before! Because they're giving her some shaker crap cupboards when they took out nutty maple what kind of crap is that now she has particle board! No, that's not right. That's not what they should've put in there! She deserves to have the same quality of wood going back into that house that was there before.! They can't even hear that they forced her to take in those particleboard cabinets. They gave her no choice they said no you have to take these. And since when does a company do that? I thought they would all be before helping my mother instead of trying to tell her things she has to do instead of what she should have! I will report this on many multiple places that I can put my reviews on. I will go to the company itself if I if necessary, but no, these will all be on all of the social media review places as many as I can get it on until this work is either done right to my satisfaction because my mother is at the point where she just says f---- k it, just get it done! I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Olympia. From the very beginning, there were red flags -- hidden fees, poor communication, and what I now believe were deliberate attempts to manipulate documents. Alexis sent David, one of his employees right away to work on the issue. David did a great job and was very courteous and always would provide explanation as to what he was doing and answered all my questions. Our rental suffered a water leak AUGUST of 2024. We just got a request from them to sign a letter of completion, this is OCTOBER 2025!!! August of last year our Allstate insurance adjuster arrived with Jorge from Olympia to look at the job. The adjuster mentioned if we went with one of their contractors that the work would be warranted for five years so we went ahead with Jorge and Olympia because he was there. We did not realize the insurance company would be paying them directly so we lost complete control. They had to remove the tub and shower surrounds and remove some drywall that had water damage as well as flooring. ONE YEAR LATER they had not even started rebuilding the bathrooms. They went for weeks either not showing up or sending one or two guys who, from what the neighbors tell me, "sat in the garage, had lunch and played music for hours". They claimed the water damage extended into the kitchen so they tore out the kitchen cabinets. I told them over and over to not destroy the cabinets, I could use them in the garage but they ripped the cases apart and got rid of them quickly, I think maybe to keep the insurance company from seeing them. The cabinets were very expensive custom made cabinets. We told them if they took out a wall and extended another wall they could use cheaper cabinets for the rebuild. It took visits by three different people before they could get the plan made. First guy quit, the second guy (the owners son) who swore he would get the project going and Jorge the original contact. Throughout they kept telling us it would be done soon. The owner John said he would get right on it and apologized for the delay, that was about 6 months ago. They are all flat out liars. They said "get down and order the counter tops", four months later they tell us they are not in the budget, back to square one. In the end they framed the wall two feet short costing us $500 to make electrical changes due to their mistake. The insurance company was reimbursing us for lost rent but the job took so long without any progress they quit paying. Jorge said something like "you wanted us to take our time so you could get rid of the renters"???? The renters left 14 MONTHS ago! I'm going to the insurance company next, it ended up costing them twice the estimate, $129,000. I'm going to court after that to get back the more than $13,000 we lost in rent. The contract completion date was November of LAST YEAR. We think because we are 72 and 79 years old Olympia figured they could do what they wanted. Next will be a complaint to the licensing board. Maybe the labor department, where they are getting their employees and how they are being paid should be looked into. A wheel barrel has only one wheel, I wouldn't hire these guys to grease mine. read more

When asked about the mistake, they claim their contract and signature of completion mean it doesn't matter if they made any mistakes They send out crews that speak little to no English and communication is extremely challenging. They took advantage of an 81 year old woman who was extremely vulnerable to these shady dealings. They sent out a kid who replaced our water heater before checking to find out that the actual problem was that the propane had run out. He noticed that AFTER it was installed. So did we need a new water heater for 1375.00? We'll never know now! Then he turned the high pressure water line back on without opening the valves and it popped a pipe, flooding our basement. The water break also soaked the AC vent and it collapsed. Another thing we now have to fix. The owner came out and at first wanted $1800 to fix that ONE PIPE, put in dryer fans. After some argument he agreed to fix the pipe free and put two drying fans down there, as he knew he should have done. But then he pretended to call the owner (he is the owner) and abruptly changed his mind and left us with no water. Let's just say "he is not good for his word." He just walked away angrily and left us with a huge mess. He won't return calls now. He wouldn't give us his business license or liability insurance company info. They're going to get in trouble for that with the licensing board, but we looked it up so they didn't avoid accountability. We reported them to the contractor's board and called their liability insurance company to file a claim. We are still without water in the house. read more

In response to your response to my review I have to address some facts. Your plumber didn't "FULLY" diagnose the issue because he never checked the pressure regulators. Every plumber I've spoken to says that on any leak the plumber is supposed to check the regulator. Your plumber did not. He just saw the hose leaking and said that's it. And because he diagnosed that "only" IT HAPPENED AGAIN. And the pressure regulator caused another leak in my unit. Per California Plumbing code the pressure can't exceed 80psi. The plumbing report provided to you by a different plumber showed proof the regulator was above 80psi. And the report also said the new plumber ran the washer. If YOUR plumber would have checked the regulators the issue wouldn't have happened AGAIN. I'm not aware if you know that it happened AGAIN because your company wasn't called when it happened on 4/13. Us or HOA wanted to use you again. Your plumber DID NOT FULLY diagnose the problem right. Another plumber went and ran a load with the same machine and witnessed every time it was the pressure from the water that CAUSED the hose to leak and loosen enough to leak. And also I have the email that says your plumber returned later that day to confirm the leak but he actually never returned. So I was lied to. I have those email if you want me to post them. And if you research you will see high water pressure from bad regulators will cause leaks, damage washers, refrigerators, dishwashers etc. So by saying your plumber diagnosed the problem is not true. The regulator CAUSED the washer to leak. It wasn't a bad washer or connection. He didn't get to the root of the problem. And that's what he was paid to do. read more

Great company to do business with. I initially sent out requests to 4 different companies and Olympia Services replied in less than 10 minutes. The plumber arrived right on time and diagnosed the problem. My wife and I had spoken to other plumbers within the last year, so we were bracing for an expensive job, but to our surprise, the job cost less than half of what we were expecting.
