He was exactly 'on point' in telling me what to expect, and he had it down almost to the hour, including an estimated 45 minute procedure, but also what to expect in the next few hours, including some minor seepage, done by 1 pm. The procedure was at 8 am. He also was very exacting in preparing me properly so that I felt only pressure, no pain. I want to give a 'shout out' to Emma, the very professional front office person. She is always calming, as are the assistants and hygienists. Having had some bad to REALLY bad dental experiences over my long life, ZWELL excels across the board. As it turns out, I cracked the tooth right down the center like a log. Dr. G gave me some options. One of which was a referral to a specialist for a dental implant. I decided not to go this route and opted to try to save the tooth. The 1st step was a temporary crown. I had this done yesterday. I've got to tell you with the amount of time that he spent with me custom of making a temporary crown out of acrylic, versus what he charged me, he didn't make a dollar! He spent well over an hour crafting this tooth and getting it just right. Today I am experiencing absolutely no pain and the temporary crown fits like a glove. I'm very happy. I will be going back in a month for a permanent crown.

The sales person was very convincing, so I paid $2,500 with the explicit (in writing confirmation) that if the tooth was not viable, I'd get back all my money less $150 service fee. (Of the $2,500, one thousand was for storage for 10 years.) So I paid. A few months later my son lost his last baby tooth. No one at the company would return numerous voice messages. I did a Google search for "Store a Tooth" and the main link redirected to a men's pharmacy, and the contact link led to a 404 error. Finally I reached out to the original sales person. He informed me that the tooth was not viable, so I politely asked for my refund. No response. So a few days later I politely asked again. No response. So finally I asked a third time, and mentioned I'd be doing a chargeback with my credit card company if they didn't response. No response. I wanted to love this company, but they are thieves, pure and simple.
