Almost 9 years, roughly $15,000 down the drain, stressful and sleepless nights and NO RESULT…read more We originally hired MM for help and research on my husband's immigration matter and paid $500 to start. We were given hope so we decided to continue with MM. We submitted waiver/applications for NVC ($445), it was never followed up on so they closed the case. After case was closed MM said there was no need for it. 601-A waiver ($2500 for lawyer fee + 601A application fee) which was returned from USCIS a couple of months after being submitted and never got any type of refund or credit since it was lawyers mistake for submitting at the incorrect time/when not needed. I-212 waiver ($2500 for lawyer fee + I-212 application fee) which was never again followed up on again and pending for years. BIA forms to reopen his case ($1750). Luckily that reopened and he was able to get a court date. Paid $5000 for the lawyer to file, appear before the Immigration Judge and litigate his case in January 2024. A couple of days prior to his court the DHS submitted a motion to dismiss his case, served notice on 01/12/2024 to MM, MM submitted an opposition and was received at the courthouse on 01/20/2024 which was a Saturday. Judge granted DHS request because she didn't receive the opposition within the past week per Judge. If MM would have submitted the paperwork immediately (like the judge herself said) and there would have been proper follow up calls to confirm that it was received and not wait until last minute, possibly we would have had a result. Not just this but we paid for other things that popped up here and there like psych evaluations to (help his case) that were requested by MM. This office is horrible at follow ups, you have to constantly be asking or else they don't follow up with you. Not just that, but it annoys them when you email them to ask for follow-ups. Billing is horrible (Claudia) on multiple occasions wanted to charge me again for services that were paid for. She emailed me saying that she had no record of any payments made, luckily, I keep all receipts so I would have to prove to her by sending all my receipts. Save yourself time and money, look elsewhere!

It was such an easy, smooth process again, thanks to David and his team! When I visited his office almost one and a half years ago, he kindly told me in advance that this application might take much longer than my first green card application, simply because there were more and more applications for visas and green cards at that time. So I wasn't worried at all when USCIS sent me a letter saying that they were going to extend my conditional resident status for 18 months "due to delay in processing." It had been 11 months after my application was received. And 4 months later, my request for 10-year green card has been approved! My experience with Priority Law Group (PLG) for my first car accident case was unfortunately poor…read more After being rear-ended with my wife as a passenger on November 11, 2024, we hired PLG through referral from my wife's best friend. My wife and I were then involved in a second, separate accident on March 3, 2025. This time, however, PLG's intake and customer service team failed to properly process the information and ultimately rejected the second case, leading us to hire a different firm. Comparing the two law firms handling our separate accidents highlighted PLG's shortcomings on our first case. We experienced a notable lack of consistent communication, updates on appointments, and difficulty arranging a car rental for repairs. A major concern was an issue with my auto insurance at the time of the first accident. This became a point of contention months into the case, yet PLG staff never clearly explained to me why my insurance status mattered, especially since we were the victims. The situation came to a head in December 2025, near the close of the first case. PLG informed us that while my wife would receive a favorable result, I would not, citing the insurance issue. They mentioned they were still trying to secure a better outcome for me. I was extremely upset by this news, especially after a difficult workday, and expressed my extreme dissatisfaction with their service before handing the phone to my wife. The next day, I called Attorney Sasan to apologize for my emotional reaction. He was understanding and provided constructive information about the potential for a favorable final result.They did get a favorable result, but I wish PLG had proactively explained the insurance issue and the relevant California law when it first arose, rather than at the conclusion of the case; I would have accepted the outcome with more understanding. The primary reason for this negative review is a severe breach of confidentiality and unprofessional conduct. Someone from PLG's office shared private case information, results and my actions with my wife's best friend. This has damaged their friendship to the point where the friend will no longer speak to my wife. Disclosing private information is unprofessional and unacceptable. While Attorney Sasan is clearly knowledgeable, the poor conduct of the customer service team left us with a profoundly negative impression. If anyone was to be upset with, it should have been me, not my wife.
