They do not have the equipment or the staff to fulfill their contracts and we are regularly unable to get out of our homes and to our cars. When they do clear the snow, they are using shovels and they don't understand that snow removal is ongoing so we get left for days with no snow removal. It has always been bad quality and service, but now I am partially disabled and I am stuck here for days at a time. I missed a doctor appointment again this week. Yes, it's cold, but a snow blower with a cab attachment can be great. I used to have a house in Grand Haven by the lake and I would go out and blow snow 2 to 3 times a day (my kid wanted the basketball court cleared after school) and it was easier if I didn't let it get behind. It's Michigan and if your business is to remove snow, you should remove snow! Pretty simple and they get paid because they are contracted. Bad service + bad quality

Great Lakes Tree quote me $1000 and told me it would not more than that. They came a few days later telling me the price was changed to $2000. When I went to the bank, I found out the company charged my credit card $2500 . They refused to return any of my calls. I would not recommend them to anyone. I am working with the bank to get my money back. They do not complete their work.
