My wife is Asian and she doesn't get the same treatment that other people do. Or at least it has happened before in the past. Me being a disabled veteran should not have to call up there to get someone to help her. You would think that for us purchasing a new computer that they would offer a gift card or something. But Apple thinks they are doing us a favor. When I ran car dealerships I would never have treated my customers like this. I waited back by the iPads for over an hour with no help and even asked the greeters at the front door if I needed to do something else to get help. They said, "no just wait there". Honestly, I'd been putting off this trip to the T-Mobile store for months because getting phones for a whole family of 5 is no small thing. I knew it was going to take forever and cost a lot of money but Zulaika made the process as simple and painless as it could possibly be! We left feeling confident, cared for, and so so so grateful. Zulaika was absolutely phenomenal! She perfectly represents the T-Mobile customer service that I've heard so much about. I was formerly a Verizon customer but needed to put my entire family on a single plan and was dreading it. She spent over 4 hours patiently helping our family of five get everything we needed all while making sure we got the best deal possible. Her customer service was TOP TIER--personable, kind, and incredibly thorough. Thorough ain't even the word. She was just amazing and dealt with a lot in that timeframe but her attitude was just so pleasant and professional. We had so many moments of her laughing and joking with the family like we all knew each other and if you have to be in a store for hours, that's exactly how you want it to be. Shoutout to T-Mobile as a company for hiring people like Zulaika who care so deeply about the customer experience and for creating a culture where customer care really shines.
