I had multiple contractors come out to give us quotes. Most wanted to tear down and rebuild the porch completely (to the tune of $30k+). Others didn't even get back to us (summer 2020 was a busy time for contractors). Eder and the team at Master Solutions put together a proposal that included shoring up the foundation of the porch, giving it a facelift with new railing and flagstone floor, all new walkways in the front, and a new concrete driveway. They also installed a rain catchment system that diverts water from our gutters to a dry well in the backyard, so we don't have massive puddles in our yard anymore! We were able to do so much more with Master Solutions for about the same price that other contractors quoted for just a new porch. We're so happy with our new driveway, walkway, and porch! They did a great job and worked with us to make the final project even better with small suggestions along the way.
