He was able to come out quickly for a quote and listened for what I wanted, asked questions if anything was unclear, and provided suggestions I didn't even think of. Merced and his team came out and did the entire project in 6 days, exactly as promised. Their team showed up early and worked hard the entire day. They always made sure to tidy up their tools at the end of the day too. I was very impressed with their detail of work and how well they cleaned up the entire job site when they were done. Nothing for a week so I reached out and said they'll schedule the following week and they'll get back to me with a firm date. The week they were supposed to arrive, got nothing so I reached back out. Got another response saying she would get back to me first thing the following morning to confirm the date. Crickets... Wasted over 2 weeks waiting but, in the end, I guess they didn't want the work.
