They were able to accommodate that I wanted to get my carpets cleaned in a short notice. They were on time (actually a bit early) and so nice. They didn't push unneeded services which was really nice. I showed them around and my major problem areas. They got out the gum suck in my carpet for the past year and half that I couldn't. They even offered to come back and get out anything that may show up when the carpets dry. Pricing is very reasonable. They also have the ability to pay with my debit card. I had just moved into a two-story apartment that supposedly had the carpets cleaned by a professional a few days before I moved in. There was an atrocious smell of dog on the carpets especially in the master bedroom where they kept the dog a majority of the time. I told the Landlords that the smell was unbearable and so they agreed to let me select a professional to come in and Re-clean the carpets. After reading reviews I decided to go with GT carpet cleaning. I was extremely happy with their services as they were able to get out the pet stains and removed the nasty smell. We recently moved and I needed carpet cleaning for both our previous home we were renting and our new home. Due to scheduling, I had to get two different service providers. GT Carpet Cleaning did our rental home for half of what we were charged at our new home, gave us a veteran's discount, and included the area rug. GT did a fantastic job on my carpets, rug and couch, which I needed cleaned right away because my dog was diagnosed with ringworm. Greg used a disinfectant spray in all the rooms in addition to the cleaning. The large wool area rug underneath my baby grand piano has never looked so bright and clean. Do not make appointment with this company. You set appointment and for 9:00 am and they call you at 4:15pm and want to just give you a bid. We relied on them to clean the carpets to get ready for photography and put on the market for the weekend. This was so unprofessional and interfering with other professional appointments. read more
