My 40 plus year old drain field distribution lines (which are about 100' each had become (in several areas) plugged solid with roots, causing wastewater to start backing up and overflowing the septic tank. I could not be more pleased with the professionalism and work ethic they displayed as it took approximately twice as long as was expected. A great surprise. If you had asked me BEFORE what I thought of plumbers or the plumbing business, I would have said that it is a parasitical business that should be regulated by the government because of the overwhelming tendency to fraud. So I was nervous when I needed a plumber. But they worked fast, as if they were trying to get the job done as quickly as possible to keep the bill down. They could have dragged their heals a little bit to puff up the bill, but they didn't. We hired All County Rooter to clear a clog which turned out to be deep in our pipes. These guys knew what they were doing, and within 30 minutes the drains were flowing freely. It wasn't cheap, but considering their expertise, knowledge, punctuality and RESULTS, their rates seemed fair. read more

Wonderful! Dallas & Ryan were professional and pleasant to work with. Shower & laundry room drain had clogged in our 61 year old house between one day & the next. We called and they were here the next day. They were recommended by another plumber and were able to squeeze us in. Cleared the clogged drain - what a relief! Called these folks at 9am, was told they'd check their schedule and call back. 30 minutes later got a call back -- their boys (family-owned and operated here!) would be in the area and can swing by after their current job. Yeahhh boyy! By noon, they were at the house. 45 minutes later, they rooted our main line and fixed our gross and disgusting problem. Courteous, quick, honest. $199 for a service call. They discussed our options, were never pushy or insistent, and we were very comfortable with their service and know-how. Good as it gets, people! read more

Don't ever use this plumber! Rude, condescending, and used profanity on the phone. We called to fix a plugged sink. They came out took about twenty minutes and charged us $300. When they were done we went to use the washing machine and it started shooting water from the wall so I called them to find out what the problem was. Two days later with no phone call, I called again. I have a Masters Degree in Education, I am not a plumber I don't know about separate line and such. The owner was rude right away and very passive aggressive. I told him I had called two days ago, he responded by telling me " I am working, I don't have time for phone calls like this. I don't have the God Dam time for it" We paid $300 for twenty minutes work, a return call would have been nice. Not talking to me like I am idiot would have been nice. Prices are way too high. Rude, passive aggressive and basically a Jerk owner. Go use any other plumber than these guys. read more

We called them out to fix a plugged toilet - which for anyone in their profession is an easy enough job. The two techs that arrived immediately told me that it was going to be $199. However, if the job was more complicated it would require them to use their "camera" for an extra charge. I said, "OK". They sort of finished two hours later and gave me a bill for $607!!! WHAAAT!!?? I complained to the lead tech but realized it was a lost cause so I wrote him a check but let him know how "shady" it was to not tell me how much the price for the camera usage was going to be BEFORE whipping it out. I could tell that this was something that they do often and get a lot of complaints about. It's a very deceiving and unprofessional service tactic. I called their head office as soon as the techs left to complain to the manager. The manager accepted no responsibility for their policy of using the camera without telling the customer of it's cost before a job was started. They charged me $260 for the camera!!!! That is more than the cost of their basic service of $199?! These guys are crooks - no way around it. There are a lot of honest people out there doing good work day in and day out - these guys are awful. read more

All County contacted me at 6:44 in response to an request for an estimate email I sent at 6:36. But Ruth did not send an estimate- she asked some pertinent questions then asked me to call. She explained that the best course of action was not what they offered and recommended a vendor. When that vendor turned out to be unavailable, Ruth and Dallas called around for me for someone available that day. Their next recommendation fixed my problem, and at no more cost than I was quoted from others. I don't recall receiving such selfless support from any company. Knowledgeable, patient and kind. And fast - the next vendor to respond came late in the afternoon. read more

My drains and main stack had been gurgling for about a week with a little reflux into the lowest drain (the master roll-in shower), but drain cleaner cleared it up...for a few days. On Sunday afternoon water and "gunk" (okay, fecal matter and other stuff) backed up into the shower when I tried to run a load of laundry. A previous, trusted plumber referred me to All County and Dallas. He didn't have anyone to send, so he told me he knew what was wrong ("about 99% certain"), and he could walk me through it. He gave me instructions, including "if you don't see this, look for that", and answered my questions. Please note, I am *not* handy, but Dallas reassured me. I did what he said, with a few loss of karma points for cursing the grass that had overgrown the edges of the green top I had to remove. I poked around, dislodged the blockage of the pipe, and bob's your uncle, the line was cleared into the septic tank. I called him back as he requested. This isn't the end of my drainage issue, but at least we can shower and flush the toilet until the weekday. Kudos for Dallas for talking me thru it so clearly and calmly! read more

No one wants to deal with plumbing problems- especially not around the holidays. But, it happened to us and when we looked for someone to come help us, we found All County Rooter here on Yelp. 5 stars all the way. Seriously. They came out promptly, they answered all of our questions (without making us feel like idiots, even though we know pretty much nothing about septic systems because we've always been on city sewer previously) and most importantly, they were honest and fair with us. We have used them twice now, and when we had our septic tank pumped, even the septic tank service recommended them and spoke really highly of them. Obviously you hope you're not going to have to call a plumber out to fix something, but if you ever have to, it's good to know you've got one who is fair, honest, polite, professional and really good at what they do! read more

Chehalis, WA. Had them come out to backwash the lines in the drain field and to put a camera down the lines. Turns out that I needed to replace 45 feet of line that was broken. They only replaced 5 feet and elbow, didn't backfill anything or clean up at all. They backwashed 40 feet but not the drain lines. They said I should replace the rest of the broken line and backfill the mess they made. And for this they charged me $1734, $600 more than the estimate for half the work. They were here 2.5 hrs. Along with the septic pumper who charged $455 for 2.5 hrs. of standby, it ended costing almost $2200. I still have a huge mess and 40 feet of pipe to replace! read more

We bought a beautiful house in the country. Discovered that the gutter system was draining down into the ground next to the day light basement! I'm no expert but even I know this isn't a good situation. So called around and was really impressed with these guys. The couple were super nice and knowledgeable. Offered a fair bid so we booked them for the job. They showed up on time with just the right sized equipment for the job. What I really appreciated was their care in doing as little damage to the surrounding plants as possible. You know what I mean, there are sometimes contractors who I think enjoy the demolition waaaaay too much, taking out more plants, etc than needed. These guys weren't like that at all. He was running the bobcat thing while she kept a close eye on what was going on at the shovel level (since we weren't sure where drain fields, water lines were at). They carefully hand dug under our asphalt, hand filled under the pipe to give it proper support and raked everything nice and smooth.
