I absentmindedly locked my keys in my car the night before and called a few places the following morning to have my door opened. The first place I was able to get a hold of told me it'd be a one hour wait and at least $100, but in the meantime, I called Jensen automotive and within less than 10 minutes they were at my car and less than 10 minutes after that, my keys were in my possession. Not only that, Ron the person who came to help was nothing but positive and polite. It was clear that he was actually there to help rather than just received a payout. Get this: the quicker, friendlier service was also the most affordable. The last time I was locked out I paid 120+. Today it only cost me $32 because of Jensen Automotive. Couldn't recommend more! Turned what looked to be a day ruiner to just a minor inconvenience.

A tow truck driver, and a man who said he was the owner, both were not wearing mask. This took place in a busy gas station/convenience store. Employee safety, customer safety and the safety of their community does not seem to be their priority or concern when it comes the pandemic. Anyone who is concerned about the spread of Covid or those who are in the high risk category, I suggest calling someone else for a tow. Disobeying the Minnesota state mandate makes one wonder what other mandates, safety protocols and laws they could be ignoring.

The staff on the phone were helpful to give me a rough quote of a re-manufacturer starter motor repair + towing the day before. I was notified that my serpentine belt also needed to be replaced - which it really did. Lots of cracks. I was given two prices: one price if I paid in cash or check. The other was a surcharge if I choose to pay in a card. It was same day repair - they towed it at 9am. They called at 10am to give a final quote / needed repair. By 1pm, I was told it was ready for pickup! Their lot is small so my car was waiting for me out on the road. Semi-high traffic area. Overall, I would use these guys again for auto repairs.
