The staff on the phone were helpful to give me a rough quote of a re-manufacturer starter motor repair + towing the day before. I was notified that my serpentine belt also needed to be replaced - which it really did. Lots of cracks. I was given two prices: one price if I paid in cash or check. The other was a surcharge if I choose to pay in a card. It was same day repair - they towed it at 9am. They called at 10am to give a final quote / needed repair. By 1pm, I was told it was ready for pickup! Their lot is small so my car was waiting for me out on the road. Semi-high traffic area. Overall, I would use these guys again for auto repairs.

I came in with my van's 'check engine' light on and a short list of issues I wanted taken care of. VERY SPECIFIC issues that I wanted them to look at and give me an estimate for the work. A few hours later, I was charged $200 for "an inspection" (which I didn't need because the reason I came there is literally because I had already gotten an inspection done, hence why I had the list of issues I wanted to be fixed). I assumed the cost was for the engine diagnosis, and I was told I would be contacted with price estimates for everything they had found. After multiple calls to follow up, I was told the engine was never diagnosed - that they don't even have the machine there?? Doesn't make sense to me , and then why would they have even taken in my van to begin with?? Over a week later and they still haven't even told me what they "found" from the inspection - I guess they don't want my business. Please save yourself time and hassle - go up to Diesel & Import in Blaine to get a professional experience where they don't steal your money.
