One thing led to another and we eventually did a full bathroom model. Able & Ready had various resources working on the project, including subcontractors. The bathroom was beautiful. But the leak came back. Able & Ready came out and tried to fix the problem but a year later same thing. This is where it gets interesting. ​ The owner came on-site, took full ownership of the situation and said they would tear out the shower and start over. And it's exactly what they did. The shower is even more beautiful than before and the guys were great to work with. I was shocked and amazed that Able & Ready took care of a tear out and rebuild like this. No argument and no problem. It is so rare in this world to find someone who cares and who stands by their work. They've created life long customers in us. I have no hesitation to refer them or have them do other projects for us in the future. They amazed us with their dedication and sincerirty.

Yes, it did cost me extra but the headache is gone and window is fixed. On the warranty window, got a call from Pella and they will come out to replace the sashes next month. For this one only have to pay for labor. It only took a 7 minute phone call.. apparently the previous sales consultant didn't give them correct phone number...
