It would be very awesome if I could figure out the perfect way to heat up the leftovers........anyway. I enjoyed that this nacho had a little bit of every protein so you don't have one flavor overpowering everything else. I love the nachos at Mi Ranchita. I look forward to trying more. This is a very authentic Mexican restaurant. They do not make their own tortilla chips, however, which is just as well because normally I overeat those and have no room for my entree! My husband and I both ordered the beef burrito and I was pleased with the freshness of the burrito ingredients and noted that it was not loaded with a bunch of shredded cheese. We ordered ice tea and it was fresh brewed and refreshing. Our waitress was very sweet and helpful. We would definitely return and try some more of their menu offerings. I was pleased to see on their menu too, that they served menudo on Saturdays as well as tamales. I would definitely return for that and give it a try.
