I have a small list of places that I like to get menudo from, and Chela's is not sitting at the top of that list. They have been serving menudo in Mercado de Abastos since the market opened in 1948 and really know their business. They sell out of the best cuts of tripa and pata early so make sure you don't delay. Totally worth a trip to the market just to get some great menudo!! I approve of this message!
