The birria tacos were extremely delicious with the consome being meaty, which was wonderful. Only downside to the visit was that it took about 20-30 minutes for the food to come out. Even when it came out, the food was kinda warm, which makes me think it may have sat for some time. I'm willing to go again, but hopefully get the food when it's hot and a little faster.

After the torta, I could barely handle half of this dish. It was good. I liked adding the spicy condiment and the cilantro to this burrito to add more flavor. After the meal, I felt satisfied by the amount of food for the price and the taste of the food. The only criticism I have is that it is gaining some popularity so if there are a bunch of people waiting, it might take some time. The service is friendly even if you don't speak Spanish. Unlike many of the other taco carts in the area this one seems cleaner and more professional. A guy in a standard kitchen chef shirt takes your order and writes your ticket. It isn't the typical process of one guy shouting the order to someone else and you just hope they got your order correct. He has 3 different latin fountain drinks which all come with free refills. I always get the Horchata. You can get your drink, enjoy it while they make your food, and then get a refill before you leave. I attached some pictures of a couple recent food items I've tried. Tortas are a little smaller than typical, but are excellent. I had some sort of slow roasted pulled pork in a burrito (I forget what it is called) which was fantastic.
