Quite underwhelming, no real flavor. Chicken burrito bowl was mostly rice and beans. Absolutely not worth the $12

So glad we got to experience it. The moment we sat down, the server provided complimentary chips with salsa. Delicious. Some of the many items we ordered were: Guacamole - great. tacos : shrimp, carne asada and lengua. Highly recommend the lengua tacos. Tacos themselves looked and tasted handmade. Chimichanga - large portion and finished with no complaints. Queso ( cheese) Quesadilla : right on point. Kids chicken tenders : embarrassed that we order this but something for the kiddos who haven't or are still developing their palates. Wouldn't recommend though. A bit dry. Wonderful selection of drinks : fountain drinks, frozen lemonade ( delicious) and horchata ( great). They do have a nice bar with a wide selection. Ambiance was laid back and quite quiet with the busy road nearby. 4.35 stars.

I ordered their pupusas (pork and cheese) and it was definitely done right. The steak/shrimp fajitas are also a very good option. Service is quick. I think weekdays their business is a bit slower. Very casual and spacious restaurant but limited parking.

Everything from submitting the order to day-of delivery was flawless! As always, the food was delicious (everyone said so)! Thank you again for making our special day extra-special. They were better than I expected. All looks very appetizing and smell so good. It seems really homemade style, fresh ingredients and aromatic. The chicken empanadas are surprisingly huge and you got 2 pieces for $11, that is reasonable, for me. As well as Tacos cost just about $3-4 each, it is a soft Taco with corn tortilla and flavorful seasoned filling, plus green salsa - that's perfect combination. I have not much to say about service, as it was a take out by online order but it was smoothly pick-up, everything was ready and packed nicely when I was arrived. The restaurant is quite tiny and old building at the back, but there are plenty free parking available around. Mainly for take out order but I think you can dine-in too - there are some seating table inside and outside. The Trippy Taco menu seem variety and interesting. They have not only Taco, but also a lot selection of Burrito, Soup, Quesadillas, Sandwich. Nacho and Fries. Yes, don't judge a book by its cover before you explore it.

It felt very cozy , the walls are painted blue and has white square tiles on the floor, plus the beauty of the Mexican flag hung up on the walls for all to see. The employee was kind, and pickup was quick. I ordered two sopes of grilled chicken topped with a small slice of avocado & tomato, shredded lettuce & cheese (I asked for no sour cream) and they sure packed it up on that crispy thick tortilla! It was very filling and delicious & it comes with two spicy sauces (1 Green 1 Orange) on the side. This place left a great impression on me. ***on a side note, they have a taco Tuesday deal, 3 tacos for $10 :)

I ordered carryout, including a pulled chicken Gordita, a pulled goat meat Gordita for the same amount, some chicken tacos (soft flour shell with white meat grilled, chopped chicken topped with very little), and the Tacos Dorados (fried tacos stuffed with shredded chicken and topped with green salsa and cheese). Pictures are from when I got home with my food. Needless to say, for $32 or so (which includes a 20% tip), I had enough food for 3 meals. The Gorditas, while not necessarily healthy, definitely fill you up. The Tacos Dorados were very good for a late night, post drinking (water, of course!), dinner, and the chicken tacos were excellent for a next-day lunch. Accompanying my food were two different sauces -- a red sauce that did not have much flavor, but was scorching hot on the palette and a green sauce that was very tasty and moderate in heat. Overall, an outstanding choice for authentic Mexican food that was very, very good.
