But she was the most amazing doctor for my dad. She really stayed on top of what was going on and would answer texts and phone calls at all hours. She looked over his medication bottles every time to be sure he was taking the correct medications and doses. Having an echo machine in the office was fantastic to keep track of his heart. When he needed oxygen at home, she made it happen that same day. I don't think any other doctor could have done that! She really went above and beyond to take my father's wishes into account. My father died at home at 95 and I believe those last few years were due to Dr. Barold. If I lived in the area I would definitely want her as my own doctor.

I have been a patient with Dr. Menon for almost 25 years. In the beginning, she was an amazing…read moredoctor who genuinely cared about my well being and did a lot of due diligence for me to get to the bottom of some of my issues. I've been a constant patient with at least 2 - 3 appointments a year. The last 6 years, i've noticed that I've seen her less and her nurse practitioner more and more. It got to the point where i had gone YEARS without seeing her. Fast forward to the past month. As i've done for the last 20 years, i made a request for my normal refills. This time, I'm denied because "I'm not a member" I'm down to a week's worth of meds and she denies me. I call her office and found out she had transitioned to concierge medicine and they claim to have given me notice, and they may have, in the form for automated voice mails which i remember getting, and pamphlets, none that explicitly says that i will lose immediate access if i don't sign up. What does signing up entail, 2K/year plus whatever services she charges insurance. So pretty much, I have to pay 2K/year to keep my doctor as well as paying for her services. Not to mention that i'm about out of meds that they refuse to do anything about without me signing up. No temporary refill so i can find a new doctor. Their advice, go to an urgent care center. This is after 20+ years. This left me scrambling to find a new doctor. I had an appointment with her 3 1/2 months before in December and she made no mention of this to me in person. No one at the office said anything except the normal "see you next time". Little did i know at the time, there would be no "next time" I was a little surprised to actually see her, and not her nurse practitioner and I was also a little surprised that I noticed interactions that were reminiscent of how she was before. I guess she was practicing for her new practice. My wife warned me of this. They treated her badly, and she left them for another doctor a year earlier. What happened here? Well, we made an emergency appointment because my wife had a spot in her eye and she was a little concerned. She came in 5 minutes late. They make her pay and then refuse to see her because she was late. We had to go to the ER instead, and discovered she had an ocular stroke. This could have been found out earlier had we been seen, but we were forced to find other services after paying because they claimed we were too late. Prior to this, service was lacking as they constantly said the same thing to her without addressing her concerns. She told them she was in pain, and they did nothing. It was her going to another doctor where she actually got a diagnosis of her pain in about 2 weeks, but in the years she's gone to Dr. Menon, no one bothered.

We did some allergy testing and brainstormed next steps and treatments. Dr. Hartog was kind, empathetic, and very professional. She spent a lot of time with me, which I really appreciated. Dr. Shreiber was really nice and her expertise was really impressive. The office is bright and colorful with comfortable seating. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They helped book my appointment, take my vitals, and were very courteous and considerate. I really liked Dr. Shreiber and I will be seeing her again in a month. Thank you to Dr. Hartog and Dr. Schreiber and the rest of the staff.

They are one of the few places in the area that offer this therapy and came highly recommended from our allergist so getting their perspective and expertise was really helpful in deciding whether or not to go forward with this with our daughter. Unfortunately because they are one of the few places in the area, there is a long waitlist for therapy so that is where we currently are. That being said, I'm excited about the possibilities and it's obvious that these people know their stuff! I'd recommend them from first impression alone.

But, when you get your turn, he is understanding, a great listener, and really tries to personalize your treatment for your optimum healthcare. This time, Dr. Segal reminded me of my upcoming treatment at the Arise Infusion Center. The staff at this new office couldn't be nicer. Although, there was a little confusion on what room I should be in. But, that was corrected right away. They took labs and I was on my way.

She proved herself talking to herself or worrying about the need to move to the next patient... she jammed a large spectrum into me, without warning made me bleed for 24 hours, and caused more than 7 days of real pain. She also covered up her uncaring, brute mannerism, by telling a senior doctor that she did use a small spectrum, but glossed over and left out that I screamed out in pain telling her no one has ever been that brutal-- and it felt like like I was raped. This is immoral behavior, uncaring, heavy handed like a brute...she should retire to a desk job.
