The office did nothing to correct this situation - the discrepancy between what I thought I was being charged and what I was actually charged. As far as the service provided by Dr. Herzfeld, I rate it as FAIR. Not bad but nothing special. I told her my concerns. She ordered blood work and an mri. I did see the results of those tests on the Neurology Center's online patient portal. However, it appears that I have to make another appointment to see her and to discuss her "interpretation" of those results.

Which is of course not covered by insurance. MDVIP is the McDonalds of doctors except with a $1,500 annual fee for the privileged of being able to buy a Big Mac.

And she immediately put me at ease, listened to ALL THE THINGS within my medical history, and sent me fantastic, thorough follow-up emails to let me know what was going on with my insides. Find another OB - Dr. Osmun is fantastic but it's not worth potentially having your baby with Loveland if she's the doctor on call that day...
