I took my daughter there for her first ever mani/pedi. She had a photo of exactly what she wanted. She didn't ask to change anything from the photo yet she walked out with orange nails when the photo was a neutral polish with flowers. She had a press on nail that was starting to come off and we ask that it be removed. We kept being told it was still good. #1 It wasn't, it was lifting and #2 none of her other nails were press on and the color didn't even match. I had to get upset and say I'd remove the nail myself before the tech finally did it. The gel was sloppy and pooled up in the sides of her nails. It started peeling within a couple hours of being home. When I asked for rhinestones in the middle of the flowers, I was told the glitter polish would last longer. We wound up going someplace else to have them redone. Very sad service. read more

She was so nice and we talked alot. She was so patient with me, I kept trying to move my fingers in anticipation to help her. It took longer than an hour. But it was so so worth it. A process which normally takes at least an hour was completed in half an hour. Rose slipped with the dremel and drew blood, she super glued it. Acrylic Wasn't applied with care. I had to ask for her to clean the back side of nails. I wasn't asked to wash my hands before polish. Shape is not as defined as I asked for. Polish on my skin. Polish uneven on my nails. The lady doing my nails today kept hurting me when filing my nails she kept filing my skin, and then when doing the drill she would keep squeezing my fingers and burning me. I have been getting a pinkish tan acrylic powder and last two fills they have no problem doing the color powder but today she would only do clear so now they are miss colored and I couldn't do french tip. The tech painted my skin and continued to do so purposefully it wasn't accidental it was every finger, after my skin was pink and glittery, the nails are crooked and she wouldn't shorten them and make them even. 40 bucks for crappy fill and paint job! the ONLY person ill ever see again is Mi mi who was AMAZING! read more

I found a great nail salon on my first visit. They know how to do French dip and do It correctly. The staff was friendly and felt quite comfortable. 2nd visit not as good as the first. I asked for dips but the lady argued with me and she did what she wanted acrylic powder and painted pink with white. I do t like how it makes my nails feel like they are encased in cement. Story time, I've been going to the same person for five months at two different salons, both 7 day nails and top salons on Glassfordhill rd. The guy I go to is amazing. I got my nails taken off over a weekend when it was time for me to go to work I couldn't use my finger tips. It hurt so bad. I dropping in on Mike from 7 day my nail spa guy, he was able to put temporarily nails on so I could work that day and I went back after work to find them and they are always beautiful nails. The first time we asked for our nails to be shorter, but they did not, so both of us had a nail break because when they are long the nail catches on things. But we thought we would give them another chance. This time we had pedicures too. So we have both spent $70+ tip and as an X-waitress I tip generously in cash! This time we insisted that they cut our nails short. We know they prefer nails long so you have to come back sooner. Well the second day my middle finger, right hand there is a divot, hole toward the edge in my nail gel polish. Also my right thumb has a place on the side that feels soft like I could scrap the gel polish off. They were busy and I'm sure they wanted to get us out and get on to the next customers. Pedicure and gel fill. They are very busy and you really need an appointment. The woman who did my nails was distracted and worked so fast my pedicure wasn't even dry when my gel fill was finished. I've been here 3 times now and I was hoping I'd finally find a nail technician that did a good job. For $80 (coconut spa pedicure, gel polish and $5 tip) you'd think that my nails would at least be cut evenly. My left foot toes are square and the right foot is rounded and SO short. Not much else I can do besides say just don't go here. The carts with the supplies are dusty and dirty and there were three of us- all started 20-30 minutes apart so we're left waiting for each other. He continuously made sure the shape and length were what I wanted (of my natural nails, which wasn't easy since they all started at different lengths) and he really took the time to make sure the gel was even and wasn't missing from any spots.
