Over the series of experiences I've had, it was strangely somewhere in the middle. The positive side was that they were incredibly responsive. The customer service is on point and the attitude of their management is definitely a class act. I have no doubt this is a major driver for their most positive reviews and deservedly so. The part where I struggle is the mixed experiences from the various technicians that had come to one of my properties that had an ant, cockroach, and spider problem. The initial $160 was a bit higher than I expected, but a small price that I was willing to pay to rid the property of creepy crawlers. Jason and Servando (sp) extremely brief in their initial run of the place. Even after their treatment, I still saw plenty of spider action where it was clear were not that thorough. After explaining my situation to their staff, they assigned the manager at the time, Daniel, to come back and apply treatment the way he intended. He went nuclear with a whole host of sprays and was extremely thorough both inside and out. His work made a world of difference and there was very little bug activity for close to a year. He was thorough in his explanaition and super transparent with his approach. If every experience was this thorough I think I'd be more receptive to future service. He has unfortunately left the company. Typically they recommend treatment 3 to 4 months. The subsequent visits after my initial concerns were not charged, which I'm thankful for but should not have taken that many times just to get the desired result. It was close to $250 for carpet ant treatment, which felt out of my budget but was assured that the chemicals would be different than the standard ones used for treatment. I was presented with a 30 and 60-day warranty which is fine but not something I elected to go for this past time around. While I'm sure they've done stellar work for other households and other properties, I do wish that I was able to experience the same magic on a consistent basis.

Our experience has been marked by lies, deceit, and dishonesty…read more We signed a one-year contract with them to keep our home free of rodents, which included a $200 upfront fee plus monthly payments. After eight months of service, we still have rodents in our attic. When we asked them to resolve the issue, we were shocked to learn they wanted to charge us extra to remove the rodents--despite the fact that this is exactly what we hired them for. Here are the main issues: 1. No proactive maintenance. They do not come out on a regular schedule. Unless you, the client, call them, nothing happens. There is no real maintenance plan. 2. Ineffective trapping. They placed only two rodent traps around the house, which clearly did not work. The rodent problem continued. 3. Incompetent technicians. Multiple technicians claimed they saw nothing in the attic. When an actual inspector was finally sent, they confirmed that we do have rodents in the attic. 4. Deceptive contract language. Even though the purpose of the membership is to keep the house rodent-free, they claim that trapping rodents is an "exclusion." This is buried in vague, misleading contract language. 5. Poor communication. They rarely return calls, and the representatives who answer the phone have no clear understanding of what the membership actually covers. 6. False "guarantee." Their advertised "guaranteed service" is simply not true. When the problem persists, they charge you instead of fixing it. In short, you pay for a service that is not honored, problems remain unresolved, and you are asked to pay even more. This company does not stand behind its work. Avoid them.
