Original: I had honey bees INSIDE my house (and also a crawling baby) so I obviously had a small heart attack. I quickly searched Yelp for pest control and chose this company based on their high reviews. I spoke with Cyndreka Harvard (the assistant manager) who assured me that she would come out ASAP. She even gave advise for how to temporarily handle the issues until she arrived. Once she found & resolved our bee issue, she gave us info on other issues we weren't even aware of that could have caused severe damage to our home. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable on the issues we were facing and how to eliminate them. This was my first experience with Truly Nolan but my third experience with pest control. I found Rene and RP Rodent via Yelp and he was able to be on my property the same day. He was able to make a thorough inspection within his first 15 minutes and fully explained not only the severity of my situation but also the complete remediation process and the cost. The same day I had an agent from one of the big box companies come to do their inspection, and that's when I knew that René had something they did not, something critical. The agent from the big box company did not walk my property, they did not even enter the attic to look around, but they did come up with an exorbitant quote for the same work Rene suggested. That gave me the signal that Rene was trustworthy and honest about his pricing and services. I can't stress enough how warm that made me feel. Rene promised detailed camera based monitoring, the big box did not. Rene delivered humane extraction, the big box did not promise that. The rest of the services were comparable, but the price was in no way similar. I'm a man on a budget, and in my emergency the big box wanted to take what I could not give. Rene delivered superlative service and removed all doubt. I was lucky to have only adult raccoons, and extraction was completed in just two days. It was a real privilege to work with Rene on this project, and I am really fortunate to have met him and his team. They were very respectful of my property and their work was comprehensive. They went above and beyond beyond my expectations, and I don't think even the smallest mouse could nest in my attic now that they completely sealed off potential egress points not only on my roof, but all around the base of my house and all the nooks and crannies I did not consider. We called Rene late on Saturday because the house we rent had squirrels getting into the attic. I'm…read morenot kidding when I say he was at our house and in the attic within thirty minutes. As he walking up, he saw the issues immediately. The very next morning, he had someone here installing cameras, one way doors and sealing the roof. Within 48 hours, we were able to catch multiple squirrels getting into the attic in several different areas we didn't know about. He has been constantly updating us with what he is catching on the cameras and is coming to seal the other holes we found tomorrow. He even gave us a very competitive and comprehensive quote that we sent to the landlord for additional work (hopefully the take him up on it). We cannot recommend RP enough. Thank you so much!
