Pictures were amazing. Our house sold after one viewing . Throughout the process we knew Gabrielle had our backs. If we had another house to sell or buy, she would absolutely be our first call! She's amazing!

I came to her with a long list of weird wants and a 6-month deadline and she was able to get me everything I wanted within my desired time frame. It really helped that I was able to view houses through Zoom meetings and she never rushed me and didn't seem put out when I wanted to see houses more than once or at odd times. She was always incredibly responsive, no matter what day of the week it was. She also coordinated all inspections and offered guidance on what could be fixed and what couldn't or what was very expensive to fix. She coordinated everything between the paperwork and the mortgage broker and also the fact that I had to get an extension to come out and look at the house. I also appreciated that she kept helping me out even after I bought the house. I had a contractor come over while I was still in Texas but he couldn't get in because the lock box with the keys inside it wouldn't open. She took time out of her schedule to let him in and to replace the faulty lock box. Also, I was quite touched that after I moved into the house that I was happy with it. She really seems to care about her clients, before, during, and after the sale is complete. If I ever need a real estate agent in Tucson again, I will definitely call her first. And if someone else needs help buying or selling a house in Tucson, I will definitely wholeheartedly recommend her services. Gabrielle is awesome!!!

I asked to go to a office and was taken to what appeared to be the lunch room and was told they would bring me a laptop and I could do it myself. I thought the guy was joking, but no he was serious. He said that is the way they do it. I left in disgust and went across the street to Fidelity and was treated like a king, the professionalism was night and day(CLASS ACT) In and out, I like Schwab on line but this office is loud, dirty and in my opinion unprofessional.

Somebody out there done gave me an "Oh no," referencing my rosy Review of this joint from back in…read morethe day, when they were way up further East on Craycroft @ Sunrise. Jeffery was my guy then. Well times have changed, but this joint's interior only slightly. Nowadays, you only go as far East as Campbell and bang, it's standing tall on a corner lot in the Escondido [sic?] strip shopping center. Out in these parts, that's considered upper eschelon, dides, cause it's smack dab in the middle of old school "foothills" region. It's in the "sittin' pretty" neighborhood where Sir Campbell looks down at "the Old Pueblo." So I went back in there a couple times 12/2022--2/2023 and my passenger agreed their hospitality remains "second to none." Not only did it feature full Keurig machinery to dose you up with premium tea & coffee packets, but they'll even sport you a SCHWAB mug on the go. My original review, spot on. It's true they don't local answer phones , but their 800 number may greet you like a dearly beloved conceirge. So if you REALLY want to speak with their latest Broker & Chief, just introduce your sheet to 800-435-4000, mkay, it'll happen. Full disclosure, I manage my own investments so at no point have I relied on it to think or market trading activities to me. My only exposure: government checks that require physical deposit. My only suggestions ref: "room for 'provement" would be: 1) Make my check deposits into PensionMaster accounts via mobile app, & 2) Open an office in Mayaguez or Rincon or hell, even Isabela,PR works. Peace out, my peeps.

Story time Back in…read more2016 I was in the army and wanted to get a motorcycle. I was approved by Hughes payment a month was $120 and it was a 4-year loan $4,500 loan. After being late you get hit with a $375 fee and after paying on the bike for 3 years I still owed $3,400. I was told that because I was late almost 11 times that I had over $3,000 close to $3,000 worth of fees. I tried to request some of the fees get waived so that I could pay off the bike and they said no. I requested papers showing my payment history and also showing all the fees that I've been hit with and they never sent me a bank statement. The app used also didn't allow for you to have a statement for the fees. Always since 2016 until today they marked on my credit late payment even though I gave the bike back in 2019. They also used the motorcycle as the last payment date so that they can push out. The last time I made a payment cannot be used. And for the last almost 10 years to 7 years, I have not been able to get approved for anything because Hughes Federal Credit Union has continuously marked my account as late payment even though I have not had the motorcycle since 2019. If anyone tells you that this is a good company or bank to go with, you should put your hands up and get ready to fight that person. Not only were they not helpful when I was getting out of the military regarding to payments or hardship, but they wouldn't even move a finger to help a disabled vet in hard times. These people are loan sharks who prey on young stupid vets to into forever loans, I should've known better but it's been almost 7 years of not being able to progress in life because of my own mistake. Not all them but they sure as hell didn't help in the least

Then I provided all of my records and tax documentation to Copper Canyon at the beginning of March 2018 - admittedly later than I intended. I was told it would take about 2 weeks for my taxes to be prepared. I didn't hear anything so I called back a few times and was told they hadn't been able to get to my file yet. I called back again on April 10, and only at that point was I told I needed to complete an "organizer" which was many pages long. I filled it out right away and sent it back, didn't hear anything, called again and was told I would have to file an extension. Ultimately my taxes weren't filed until the end of May. I wouldn't even care about that if Copper Canyon's communication had been better throughout the process. I paid $535 for their services and I didn't feel like I mattered to them as a client, so I'm not sure I want to go back. I have no complaints about my actual tax filings - as far as I can tell Marc did a great job sifting through my expenses and preparing my return.
