For me, the home buying process was very difficult as I had multiple contracts fall through due to issues with sellers, however the mortgage process was always as smooth as could be. Through multiple loan applications, redoing all paperwork and keeping me motivated, Danny was the best! He never once made me feel my issues were a burden - he was always upbeat, professional and efficient. On my recently closed home, he shepherded the application through on an expedited basis and we closed on our new home very quickly. He was always available for a call and was incredibly responsive. He kept me up to date with all aspects of the loan process. He was much more than a loan officer, he was a friend throughout - always looking out for my best interests - whether it was provisions of the loan, timing of the appraisal or when to lock in rates. Unfortunately, when she moved on from TRT to Taylor Street, my experience as a client quickly declined and shifted to the other end of the spectrum. It's been a poor experience since then. My management agreement expired earlier this year, however TRT charged me a cancellation fee for the agreement expiring. I do not have high hopes that TRT will fulfill their remaining duties outlined in the agreement given that there's confusion with the English language and what the words "expired" and "cancelled" mean.
