This is when we typically use our storage unit the most -- transferring our summer/outside stuff into storage and collecting our winter gear. For 2 months: one answers the phones, no voicemail box, no one responds to emails, and no one is in the office during business hours. And then I get a bill for $300 for the 2 months I have not paid -- when I have not had access and unable to get ahold of the new company. I do not recommend this business.

I answered one of the calls and asked the caller to stop bothering me, and she said "I've to keep calling because my boss says so".
