There is no other surveillance for the outside storage areas. In 2022 the catalytic converter was stolen of our motorhome. The people working the facility really did not care. We just went to get the RV in May of 2023 and discovered that someone had jimmied the back emergency window and had been sleeping in out motorhome! Again, the facility personnel did not care. If you are looking for secure outside storage for your RV, boat or other item this is not the place! Spend a little more money and go elsewhere.

I had no problems, no moisture issues, no moss, no algae or any other nightmare that could crop up in North-West storage facilities. He said "it sounds like you need the container ASAP so if you would like two of them delivered this afternoon we can do that and deliver the other two the following day". They carefully wrapped and protected everything that needed it, packed the truck like a game of Tetris, and handled both loading and unloading efficiently. They also took apart desks and beds and reassembled them perfectly at the new location. What impressed me most was their attitude. Despite a long day of heavy lifting, they always had big smiles and were genuinely pleasant to work with. These guys are strong as oxen and never slowed down. It was a 12 hour day!! Nothing was broken or damaged, and there were no surprises with the bill. I especially appreciated their straightforward pricing structure with a fixed travel charge rather than the vague "from our location" fees that can vary wildly depending on traffic. ANYONE LOOKING TO HIRE MOVERS BEWARE *review update*…read more Do not hire these movers! We hired them to help us with our move on Saturday, August 1st. They moved a 500 dollar pair of Bose headphones (that are not even finished being paid off) to the cab of their moving truck and decided to keep them. We have contacted them three separate times to return them and have ignored us. I am a very disabled retiree with neuropathy, as well as lots of problems and these movers were the only ones I could afford at the time. I'm warning you not to hire them or else you'll have to deal with filing stolen property reports for whatever high value electronics they decide to steal. These movers work extremely fast and are opportunistic thieves! If for whatever reason you do decide to hire them, keep serial numbers of all your high value electronics to easier report them stolen and make it harder for them to pawn and sell, set up security cameras to watch their moving truck so you can show it to the police after, and expect no communication from them after they have stolen your property; but it is recommend to just hire another company instead of this company that prey on disabled retirees.

I helped my mom unpack from her big move from Shoreline to Caldwell Idaho. First the good, the crew…read moreshowed up on time and were polite and friendly. Unfortunately , that's where the good ends. As I am packed her spice box, it was firstly marked kitchen ware... They were just dumped on the box Willy nilly I had to wash each and every spice jar. I opened the one of the pot and pan boxes, with her non-stick pots they were just tossed in the box nothing to protect them from being scratched. The next box of pots I opened were her stainless steel ones were just tossed in the box atop her KitchenAid mixer which was not protected with any packing paper. Three ceramic CorningWare pots that were not properly packed broken... Corelle Ware cups that are not made any longer broken because they were not properly packed. Two wine glasses just tossed in the Box not properly protected broken. A box that had glassware was packed so full the box bulged out and ripped... I am very disappointed and how my mother's belongings were treated by the people who packed her old house up.
