Our fencing project went smoothly and we were very happy with the finished product. Tony and his team were great to work with.

I would like to put out a warning to everyone regarding the company Patio Enclosures…read more My mother and step father, a Marine and permanently disabled Vietnam Veteran with a form of palsi contracted because of his exposure to agent orange. He was a proud business owner for years and was a proud volunteer firefighter for nearly 30 years, finally making it to the position of Chief. His condition forced him to walk away from both that he loved so much and dedicated his life to. The two of them would travel to Florida every winter so he could be in the sun, which elevated his mood and condition. They did this until he could no longer physically manage it. My mother had the idea that she could have a sun room made that my step father could spend his days in. In June 2022 she contacted Patio Enclosures and a salesperson came to their home. My mother asked my step brother to be at the meeting. He is a former Marine, current 911 dispatcher for decades and a volunteer firefighter for nearly 30 years in all capacities as well as teaching and serving in all capacities in Erie County Fire and search and rescue training. He was there and witnessed the entire exchange with the salesperson. My mother signed a contract with this company and was told she had to give a $10,000 deposit. She was told she had 3 days to cancel. The salesperson told her in that meeting that the company would take care of everything, including obtaining any required permits. She was also told the room would be a 4 season room and that they would be installing special windows so it could be a 4 season room. My mother discovered that these assurances were untrue. The next day, and for the next several days, with several witnesses confirming, she immediately attempted to contact her salesperson and Patio Enclosures locally to cancel the contract. Patio enclosures contracts with sales people and contractors in the markets they serve, so getting ahold of someone is very difficult. She was unsuccessful in her attempts and efforts and turned to my step brother to try and assist. He was unsuccessful. She heard nothing from the company until October 2022. At that time, she was told that her room was scheduled for installation in December and that a few things needed to be handled. She was contacted by the local Patio Enclosures representative who works out of a small office in West Seneca that has her and one other person. My mother told her she had tried to cancel the contract for days and weeks after the signing and had been leavong messages. She asked if this person had received the messages and why that wasnt handled. This person acknowledged the calls and had no reason why she did not call back to confirm cancellation. My step brother went in to speak to this individual and they said that the deposit was non refundable because it violated their 3 day cancellation policy. He was unable to have it go any further. I was able to contact the local representative and get a lot of the facts about the situation. It turns out the story she shared with me, my mother and step brother all had different variations, including that this woman had sent a document to my mother signing off on and releasing the $10,000 deposit to Patio Enclosures. Which, as confirmed by my mother and step brother, never happened. I was able to get names of 2 individuals, not located in the area, who are managers for this area. There are no managers located here in our area. I was successful in speaking with one of these individuals. She assured me that their company had messed up. She said she could see in their system that a check had been released to my mother and step father some time in November but that the check had not been cashed and follow up needed to occur. I gave her confirmed mailing and name information. She said the check would be sent immediately and apologized for all the trouble and delay. About 30 minutes later I received a phone call from this manager and she said that my mother and step father would not be receiving their $10,000 back because they had failed to contact them back within the specified 3 days. I explained to her what happened, as well as what her local contact had confirmed happened and that did not matter. She stated that work had commenced, but materials had not been purchased. She stated that a Computer Assisted Drawing of the patio had been generated and stated that the cost of doing that was $10,000. The conversation ended and we have not heard back from them. I applaud my mother for doing everything she could have to protect herself with this matter. She did all the right things and all she could do. We will be contacting an attorney to try to get the money back as the company refuses to. We are also looking into criminal charges for contractor fraud and contractor deception in West Seneca as well as the town my mother and step father reside. We couldn't be happier with our new Patio Enclosure. From the beginning, Andrew Mulichek made the…read moreentire process simple and streamlined. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge about the product. The installation crew was fantastic as well. The entire company was first-class and ready to help whenever the need arose. I'm sure that Patio Enclosures are not the cheapest option for a product like this. However, after looking at similar products elsewhere, we came to the conclusion that they are, by far, the best option. We highly recommend Patio Enclosures.

These installers were efficient, neat and took less than an hour to remove, drill, concrete and install. I am happy with the overall job. The railings are now up to code, 36". They look a thousand times better than what I had and they are quality!

Short but terrible experience. We waited almost 2 weeks for salesman to come out for an estimate…read more According to his own instructions, no one had to be home and he'd leave a written quote. Instead, he chose to call the next morning at 7:30 am, but he still didn't have a quote at that time. When I asked about upgrading the railings to vinyl, I was told it was "too expensive" and he didn't even bother to include it in his verbal quote that followed in a voicemail. His attitude was not necessary and his suggestion of leaving gaps were ridiculous. When I asked about fixing these gaps that would be left after the install, I was told "I'm not a carpenter". I'm more than happy to do any carpentry work, but this was dealing with a gap between the cement foundation of the house and the steps. I was excited to use this company as I grew up riding the bike path that neighbors their building. Oh well, don't waste your time with these guys. Now onto find a company that wants my money and will perform reasonable work.
