The company, owned and operated by Quincy Barrett (CEO) and Brandy Barrett (CFO), misrepresents services and caused us and other clients to lose thousands of dollars. CPR engages in repeated deception, creating a pattern of inconsistent and false statements. Communication is routinely delayed or nonexistent. Quincy Barrett goes silent for days and weeks at a time when updates are requested regarding the contracted project. Signed contracts are breached, and "lifetime warranties" become void when Quincy Barrett fails to meet contractual obligations. Quincy leaves before projects are completed or even begun. The project that was said would take two weeks to be completed did not even begin until 5 months later. The funniest yet is that the project remains unfinished one year and one day after the contract was signed on 12/12/24. CPR provides proof of current insurance coverage and then knowingly cancels the policy prior to the start of the project. When asked about insurance coverage for multiple property damages and a homeowner's bodily injury caused by materials left in the yard, CPR provided evasive responses and no resolution. The homeowner is instructed to cover the damages out of pocket with the promise of reimbursement, RIGHT... Documented damages include the central AC unit, windows and screens, security cameras, all landscape lighting, and most of the landscaping. Quincy Barrett pressures homeowners to authorize loan disbursements using false statements. When contacted by the loan company, he falsely stated that only one piece of siding remained to be installed for completion. CPR abandons a gutter, roofing, and siding project in an unfinished and unsafe condition, compromising the integrity of the home. The most documented deficiencies include gutters installed incorrectly, large sections of siding not installed, siding was installed on half of the porch ceiling instead of soffit, missing water barriers on exposed areas, no insulation in open sections of the home, an unfinished roof, multiple electrical outlets left exposed to the elements, and open gaps in the siding that have allowed vermin enter a previously sealed home now. Due to Quincy Barrett's failure to properly oversee the project in his role as project manager, custom window framing was not installed and may not have even been ordered. Security camera footage showed Quincy Barrett personally managing approximately one hour of the exterior project, which consisted primarily of walking the property and unloading supplies. A refund for the nonexistent custom window framing was eventually issued. However, CPR initially failed to provide the refund due to insufficient funds from the company account. Quincy Barrett claims the account was impacted by fraud. The refund was ultimately issued only after a cashier's check was demanded. Following the submission of the first review, and only review until today, 12/13/25, a 2:00 AM text message was received containing a screenshot of the review and a threatening message. The nature of the threat, whether physical or legal, is unclear. A request for clarification received no response. Responses provided by CPR now will consistently satisfy their claims, regardless of factual documentation. The conduct of Quincy and Brandy Barrett demonstrates a pattern of misrepresentation, nonperformance, and intimidation.

Do not use this company. Their post-install was extremely poorly done. They had to come back…read moremultiple times to correct the positioning of our storm door which still does not shut properly. Our kitchen door feels like it is locked often, but it's not, it also was poorly installed so you have to turn the knob and feel the grinding and crunching of metal as you open the door. However, the real issue is with the storm door with retractable screens on top and bottom Window pane. We have dogs and do not use the bottom screen in an effort to prevent damage from dog scratching. However, our HVAC stopped working over the weekend therefore I was excited to use the bottom screen feature so I could place a box fan in front of it as soon as I lift it up the bottom of glass, a black device with a metal tracking guide popped out. I have no idea what it is, but it is certainly strong because when I touched it it coiled and almost ripped my finger off. Matty told me over and over again how proud he was of this Door in the quality and my dogs will never be able to scratch the glass but if they ever do, they will replace it because it's a lifetime warranty on their products. Today Matty said oh well that was everything except for storm doors. With the amount of problems we've had with not only damage to our walls which they did not offer to repair, these have never worked to their full potential. I also forgot they didn't put a storm door chain on our door and had to come back like a third or fourth time to do that. This company is incompetent. Their communication sucks and the quality of their products. I'm just not seeing the hype. We've regretted using this company since the day they came to install Which leads me to our tiny bathroom window they smartly add a sticker that says do not press against the screen. It's probably because it's set with a cheap glue. Our screen has never been attached to the windows since the day they installed it we corrected this on our own because we were sick and tired of dealing with this company and their crap. The storm door was not capped off, nor were we given a bag of inserts to cap off our door and outside bugs crawled up in there and could come in my house through the strike plate on the door frame. I could not believe this. ???? The varnish is also coming off....What is happening?? This is not normal and I refuse to believe otherwise. These doors were EXPENSIVE, honey. I am also married to a man who Preaches quality over quantity. He was happy to spend lots of money on these doors to have good ones. These aren't it. There are too many other options out there to be spending this kind of money and be dealing with this many issues. We are now doing a whole home remodel and we are going to be spending some serious money but the best part is it will not be with Meyer windows and doors . I've taken a long time to write this review as I didn't want to make it out of anger. I've had multiple chances but held back. The fact I was verbally told several times about the lifetime warranty, regardless what is on a contract agreement has put me in a way.... The End.

I waited 9 months to post this review mostly to make sure I wasn't just writing in anger. good things -Nate is a nice guy and so is his wife -calls and emails returned quickly not so good things -custom $4000 window took more than 12 weeks from ProVia -window was built wrong - ordered incorrectly -needed corrections -installation - they took all of my old rotted brick mould and tried to cut it up and piece it together with caulking - it looked like a three old did it (I made them replace with all new brick mould - I should not have had to ask for this) -J channel moulding not replaced - I was never even asked about this - new $4000 should come with a new J channel (at least ask me) -inside mouldings not painted - if I knew this in advance I would have used someone else -no accountability, Nate talks a big line but end of the day does not hold himself or his company accountable for excellence outcome -after this experience, I ordered a new $14,000 door from ProVia and used someone else, the other company did an amazing job and exceeded all expectations. I suggest you do the same I will be buying $30,000 of brand new windows for my house this week. Writing a check to pay in full. 23 windows. I wont be using Nate or Meyer Windows.

Had a couple of water spots inside the house with a roof less than 10 years old…read more Showed the sales rep the 2 small spots with water damage and he immediately starting talking about how he could work with my insurance carrier for an entire new roof before he even set foot on the roof. I reminded him of the age of the roof and stated I was interested in a repair quote and not a new roof. He then went on the roof for about 5 minutes, came down and again only wanted to present how he could work with insurance to get me a new roof. What the guy didn't know was I like to get 3 quotes for any major home repair and the other 2 roofers both had told me earlier that day that I had some minor flashing issues and a bad caulking job at a "J" grove and they'd be able to address everything for less than $500. With that knowledge already in hand I politely told the estimator that since his only interest was installing a whole new roof (which would have resulted in a deductible and increased rates for me) that he could take off and not even bother quoting. If you want too needlessly spend your money on a whole new roof when a simple repair addresses the problem these are your guys. Otherwise look somewhere else.

With the recent ice storm, I had water coming in the basement and noticed water damage to the wall in our kitchen near the chimney. I reached out to the company with little to no communication in return...only a call that they would send someone out. When reaching out again, 4 days later, I was told they took care of the problem by caulking around the chimney. In the mean time, I had reached out to another company who came out to provide a bid. This company said there was no caulk added and the day they came out a couple of guys were on my roof improperly changing the flashing....without communication to me. When I pulled in my driveway that day these two men were still on my roof, they did not speak any English so I could not really communicate with them. I asked them which company they were with and the one gentleman had to make a phone call because he wasn't sure. When he hung up he said Eagleye....this was very concerning to me! I explained I was going to have another company complete the work due to the terrible workmanship in 2020 and the unprofessional behavior of Anthony Hawkins. In speaking to Anthony "Tony" Hawkins he was extremely dismissive of the situation and condescending. Due to the unprofessional demeanor of Mr. Hawkins I do not feel safe or confident in the work they should be doing to address the property damage inside of my home due to the leak so I am left with quite the dilemma....legal action or not? Hopefully no one else has an experience like this. I would definitely consider a different roofing company.

All were nice but more expensive or wouldn't do the job with the materials I wanted. I settled on Jason because he was completely upfront, had a competitive price, and was amenable to my requests for roof ventilation and gutter guards. His company did my neighbors roof and they gave me his name. There is another fellow, I believe his name is Dennis that uses the Kaiser name, but not the same. Both can be very important depending on your situation. A lot of companies only carry one brand of gutter guard and believe me after extensive research they are not very good. I settled on LeafBlaster Pro and Jason was more than willing to put them on my house. Jason can also get any brand of shingle you prefer. I settled on Certainteed Landmark shingle. Number 2 on the market versus another brand that is popular out in Colorado because of hail. Please be very cautious about contractors advising ridge vents and other options for ventilating your roof/attic. Many things they tell you need can be counter productive, meaning hot air never gets out. Ridge vents aren't the solution. So many of the houses in my area have ridge vents and don't need them, beca of ho air rising works they can keep hot air in. FYI, get more insulation. I would recommend Kaiser and Jason to my best friends, neighbors, and fraternity brothers. He is as they say good people and he knows what he is doing.

A new roof should not fail like this. They also broke one of my windows during the job (they reimbursed me, but that doesn't excuse the carelessness). Last year, instead of fixing the root cause of the leaks, I was told they wouldn't "keep coming out" whenever it leaked. That is not a solution and not acceptable workmanship. I paid good money for a roof that was supposed to be done right the first time. Repeated leaks, repeated repairs, and no permanent fix show a lack of professionalism and accountability. This has been stressful, time-consuming, and disappointing. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for quality roofing work.

The day I moved and ran water in the kitchen sink the cabinet filled up with water because the garbage disposal was not installed correctly. A week after moving it was found that the pipes under the master bath were not secure and water damaged subfloor and first floor ceiling. When offered the chance to fix the issue to stand by his work he responded with "lol tell her to call a plumber." Now a few weeks later the entire first floor wall and windows need replaced because of missing flashing on the deck, the previous damage was just dry walled over and not disclosed. One of the toilets needs to be reset because it wobbles and ALL the faucets are loose, like he can't tighten a bolt. Don't be fooled by the Christian symbols this dude hides behind on his signs, He's a deceptive snake. The company Andy Ashcraft uses to flip houses is called Sugar Blue Investments.
