I was given a vague window for a call-back/appointment of "maybe this afternoon.....maybe Friday.....maybe Monday or Tuesday". Seriously? Four days (not to mention the weekend in between)?!?! I thought, "okay.....based on the reviews, it's probably worth the wait". Never got the call back from them so moved on to Christian Roofing and Remodeling. Submitted a request online and had a call back the same morning with available appointments that afternoon or two afternoons later; both after 5:00pm, which I needed. I scheduled them for that day and Brent arrived on-time to take a look at our issues and give some feedback on a number of questions I had regarding our roof and future replacement. While there, he identified the source of the leaks and plugged them.....FREE of charge! Brent was exceptionally courteous, polite, and professional and went out of his way to take care of the known problems and look over the rest of our roof for any other leaks or damage. Obviously, they want my business when it comes time to replace our roof and they'll get the job on my rental property, too, when it comes time (in addition to finishing out our bonus room). The most important thing is that they WANTED my business and made the effort to get someone out same day, after hours, to assist with the immediate issue. Can't say the same for the other guys. Apparently, my job wasn't worth their time (in spite of all the 5-star reviews they have received). Couldn't be happier with the service from Christian Roofing and Remodeling and I HIGHLY recommend you choose them if trying to decide between the two "reputable", Watkinsville-based roofing and remodeling contractors. I've been in contact with him for months now trying to set up an insurance claim with him he will not provide insurance and try to have a payout as an alternative which he agreed to, and did not want to go through insurance, which I had preferred. Even though he agreed to do a payout so I can get my car fixed. He ended up blocking my number then blocking my husband's number. At this point we're going through our HOA to file a claim through his COI. He also did have undocumented workers on site which is why we didn't call the police in the first place because we didn't want any trouble with them, even though they tried covering up the damage that they did, due to the political climate right now. Just be noted all this was caught on Ring camera us and all of our neighbors have cameras directed to our cars and at least two cameras caught this. This was the worst case scenario leaving reviews on his business sharing this personal information but at this point, he is not caring about his business because he doesn't want to resolve issues so I guess I won't care about it either. I will, however, take any and all views down once the situation is taken care of, but until then look out for more on every platform. Hopefully the insurance works quickly or Parker gets back in contact with me or my husband to finally resolve this. And just to know the damage was very expensive. A whole panel needs to be replaced, a small panel needs to be replaced, my back windshield needs to be replaced, and the vinyl that I had on my back windshield. They continue to drop materials from the roof on my car without care. There is meals on top of my car and under my car as well. They did leave a note to move our cars, but we were on vacation for 2 1/2 days already before they even left the note. Also know that all my other neighbors did move their cars so all the spots around me were vacant where they could've easily dropped their trash from the roof that wasn't on my car.

From the demo and disposal of the old roof to the installation of a new metal roof we were very impressed with how organized and clean the crew was. They are highly knowledgeable and gave attention to all details. Javy's Roofing brought a team of four, including a metal fabricator to do the work right. I had a large remodel done. They were higher priced than the rest of the quotes and promised to…read morekeep on top of it for the price. He justified a higher price by guaranteeing he would be on time and he would be there to check the workers work. I had high hopes that I could leave the job up to him. I couldn't. I had to check on his work regularly because I found he didn't visit often and new crews would do different parts of the job and leave details undone. The job was finished later than expected which calls into question the higher price. The actual workers were great. Excellent actually. But the management of my job was pitiful, I'm sorry to say, Because everyone was very kind. Unfortunately, I will not use them again and would recommend looking elsewhere for a contractor that can manage jobs appropriately. From what I heard he had to much going on. My advice for this company is to take on less projects and do each job like it's for your mother. Be detail oriented, communicate a lot, and visit the property often to check the progress.

Jeff is one of the few contractors who has been willing to come out and do the smaller repairs for…read moreroof leaks on our rental properties. He has never charged much, and in fact with the first repair, I had to insist that he allow me to pay him. Because of his integrity and courtesy, I had him handle the insurance-paid replacement of a roof on one of the rentals that had Atlas shingles. After doing an initial, no-cost, inspection, he met with the adjuster on very short notice, and actually did the on-the-roof work for the adjuster while the adjuster stood in the yard below. Jeff and his crew put on the new roof, replacing more of the OSB than expected, and did some additional work at no extra charge. It looks great, and the tenants are delighted. They said he was very professional (which I already knew he would be), and he and his crew left the place really clean. I couldn't be happier with Jeff's work. He's very patient, his pricing is very reasonable, and he does excellent, high-quality, work. He shows up when he says he will, which is important. I can't recommend him more highly, and I will continue to have him do all my roof work in the future.
