The installation took about 3 hours but they only charged me for one and the price installed for the hitch with wiring was reasonable. When the vehicle was on the ramp my abs light was on. The tech explained to me that u haul has a insurance policy and they would cover it if the vehicle had to go back to VW. Fortunately when they took the vehicle off the ramp the light went out. Like I said in the previous review; it's like they were moving their own furniture. One of their truck's is across the street, moving someone out of the complex. It's not unusual to see someone moving; most of the time it's with U-Haul. I'm watching the movers bringing the people's furniture out of the building. Everything seems to be wrapped in plastic to keep it from getting wet and damaged. The guys are working fast. I don't know the family. I do know they'll be happy with the service they get from Triangle Movers. I hope they do a Yelp review.
