This after tipping each member of the crew $100 and paying an extra $100 above their asking price--I should have inspected the furniture carefully before paying but I was ill and didn't check until the next day, when the owner refused to make repairs or refund a dime. Avoid them at all costs. They are nice to your face when they want your business, then rude and ugly afterward.

Do not use this company. We arranged a very specific easy…read moremove with a total of 7 items prewrapped. before pick up and specific instructions on calling our house watch 30 min before arrival. They called our house watch 1.5 hrs beforehand and then did not unwrap any items pre wrapped.at the delivery destination. Just left the items in the middle of apt and took the tip. Never asked or tried to assist with anything bedore leaving as most movers do. The manager claims the contract states something to the effect of them NOT unwrapping prewrapped items, althiugh he could not actually tell me what part of the contract actually said that. My daughter had to pay her doormen to help unbox and unwrap large glass table toos/ chairs etc. I have moved 7 times in the last 38 yrs and have never had a company that does not unwrap or unbox previously stored items. There was no partial refund only advice to file a claim.

This is a guy who rents trucks, pulls kids out of class as a crew and says he can conduct out of state packs and moves. He absolutely cannot. He's a smooth talker and very charming but is chaotic, unreliable and shady. He never showed up for a scheduled walkthrough, did not show up to pack as quoted and tried to tell me that I rescheduled my own move to the following month. After days of unanswered texts and calls before a 6 thousand dollar quoted move he finally responded and acted like everything was all good. He then arrived 3 hours late and one man short and you can imagine how to move went after that. And of course he tried to charge me the same rate as he quoted me with a 4 man crew when he only had 3. Maybe he can help you with quick small moves around town. But do not pay a premium rate for amateur service.

They took our entire contents of our house and said they would have it to us in about a week out of state. Well, turns out they emptied all of our stuff into their warehouse (I have photos from someone who sent them to me) and then used the truck for other moves...keeping our entire lives for a MONTH before we begged them to please bring it. Trucks broke down, can't find help...one line after another. Then, when it arrived they upped the price, asked for a cashier check or cash or wouldn't release..we were desperate and heart broken. Finally, we got our lives back and a broken large screen Mac Computer. It was one of the most disrespectful, unprofessional, lying business I have ever experienced. STAY AWAY!
