It came in the mail to my parents while I was overseas (I never received any communication by email). For this reason, I wouldn't use them again. That price increase in such a short amount of time is beyond inflation and felt misleading. I hope they reconsider this policy because otherwise, I was satisfied.

The business was not prepared to deal with the amount of customers that were present at the same time. When I showed up one hour before closing, all the parking spots were taken. So I pulled as close as I could to the east side of their small parking lot. I went in, I sat down and waited my turn. As Soon as the receptionist finished with her client, the male client left, and she started with her next client, female. Then he(the client whom just check out) returned, asking who drove the vehicle that I was in. I told him that as soon as I could that I would definitely move it for him, because there was no parking Spaces available. He started yelling at me, then someone else (female client) started yelling at me, then the people behind the counter stared yelling at me. Just to be clear I was the only person that was light skinned and blue eyed the entire building. I had to endure such a racial slurs says "white bitch"& "Privileged white bitch". I was told by the Male worker I was being Berate, for standing up for myself. I offered to move, which was denied. I offered to back completely out of the area, which was denied. Eventually the Male client who was screaming at me in the parking lot left. Before he left, he screamed at me. Calling me 'white' and other things. At this time I'm just stunned. I parked and went inside to ask the manager what the next step was. He told me that they refuse to do business with me. A female, being yelled at by a man and woman in the parking lot. I would like all the none Prejudice individuals of our community to understand that this is not a place That I would do business with. I'll pick up my U-Haul from anywhere else in the area except this place. I have been using their units for years now off and on and this place goes above and beyond. Always willing to avoid late fees if theres good reason and make the whole in and out process easy and stress free. Also at one point I had an issue with getting furniture out my unit and they worked with me, no question asked with no extra charges! As of late they also gave me a free lock as a courtesy because my door broke. I couldnt be happier and feel any more security and safety from this business! One more thing...prices are great!! The building seems a little unfriendly but the place is golden, rent here, you wont be disappointed!
