I really can't say enough about Denise at Boulder Self Storage. I had a car in storage that would not start. The company tasked with getting the car out and on a flatbed truck was not well prepared. If not for the kindness of Denise and her family, I would not have been able to get the car out for shipping. Much thanks for helping me through a stressful situation. After getting the car out, I moved other belongings to a smaller space. It was very close by, which made it much easier, and seemed reasonably priced. I would absolutely recommend Boulder Self Storage to anyone looking to safely and securely store their belongings! I received phenomenal customer service from their team. I truly appreciate the help given from Melanie, Anthony and Alondra in the planning of my cross country move while living out of state. My husband and I had to move out of Boulder (sadly) to a few temporary locations in the US due to work, ultimately ending up in a permanent move to CA. We left everything behind in storage, and neither my husband or myself could come back and move it out ourselves. I didn't have experience with planning such a complicated move, and needed all of the help I could get. The team at Boulder Self Storage didn't hesitate to help and went above and beyond any expectations I had. They were there for me every step of the way, including the day of my move. They are understanding, friendly, helpful, compassionate, patient and offered great advice when needed. Clean, safe, climate-controlled storage. We needed a climate-controlled storage locker after moving to Boulder from Florida. After checking a few, we settled on Boulder Self Storage. The unit (and the facility in general) is very clean and serviceable. We had checked a Public Storage facility and were not impressed. We also bumped into a guy who had been renting a unit from Boulder Self Storage for a couple years. He said he had been very pleased with BSS ever since experiencing rat damage at another facility down the road. The property manager was friendly, helpful, and personable. There is access 7 days a week, from 5 am to 10 pm. And I appreciate the convenience of being able to pay my bill online. I would have given BSS an even higher rating, but the storage is not cheap. I guess this goes with the territory, but I need more bang-for-the-buck if I'm going to give up that fifth star. read more

They gave me a competitive rate and I moved in within ten minutes of calling them. My unit is very clean, locked on the inside of a building, behind a locked gate.
