I tried to tell her to call the lady at scheduling and all I could get from her was she didn't have the paperwork. This kept going in circles and she would never contact scheduling. Finally she was talking on the phone to someone and stated that some people are too dumb to understand. That's when I left. VA scheduled another appointment at a different set with the same hospital due to I require a special MRI due to heart stints. Go here and guess. They don't show the appointment. if you dread going to the doctor use Citizens. Don't worry you won't get in.
