Our HOA has a huge tree (I don't know what kind it is, I just know it's annoying) growing right outside our patio and drops the worst twigs and branches. They're not easy to blow out and get embedded into the dirt. So between these twigs/branches and weeds growing, our patio looked like a jungle. Alex came over on Thursday and cleaned it up quickly. He put some weed killer (I forgot the term he used) to help prevent further growth. Our last gardener didn't do that for us so it was nice. The scope of their services is extensive; more that I use. Most importantly, they have INITIATIVE, which seems so hard to come by these days. I had to rehire another Landscaper to Re Install the grass after preparing the ground and leveling with 25 bags of 2 cubic yard of potting soil. Until today, Manuel has not returned my calls. Not recommended to hire this business. It was good I had to get another Landscaper to check the lawn, otherwise my investment in the grass installation could have all been lost.

He actually ripped out a small rose bush and hid it in the trash. Grass cutting and branches left everywhere, debris blown not raked up. There are now sharp stems from weeds on every lawn, some 5" tall. Dangerous to step on. Photos don't lie. We now have days of work to clean up the disaster left behind. Don't hire Manuel, the first and second visits were clearly a bait and switch.
