He messaged me back within minutes. Yes we have a store front and we are located behind Red Lobster. I didn't make it by there that day. 2 days later I pulled up at about 5:20, they are open until 6 so I figured it wouldn't be a problem (I just wanted some pics for Yelp!). As I was walking out someone walked up to the door and locked it! I look at my watch, in the morning at you do so the other person knows you're questioning the time. It was 20 to 6 and she just shook her head at me. I'm sorry but I have 15 years in retail management and I don't care if it's CVS, Aeropostale, the gas station or the thrift shop, you don't early. I get that some days are slow and having staff there is eating up your profits so change the store hours and make sure you inform social media sites, the business website, etc. people plan on these things even when they've on got 20 mins. I'll come back with an open mind later this week. And it'll prob be 10 mins before closing just to see if they close early again.

The entire staff was very friendly and helpful and down to earth. The equipment we purchased, a tractor with implements and a lawnmower are very good quality and we are enjoying using them. I thought it was very nice feature of having the…read morewhole speed queen thing on there so you could use your debit card, but as I guess the owner or whoever it is that answers the phone for Joe's. was very rude and smart. she told me we all need to do our due diligence and read all the fine print. that if you add money on speed queen directly for just Joe's laundry and you don't use all the money. they won't give you the money back and they won't or refuse to transfer the money. which I have talked speed queen before calling an they said you have to contact the laundromat that you added the money to do so. yet they're trying to make it seem like they can't do that and it's our fault we didn't read the fine print. now I have money stuck at their store that I can't get back or transferred to the new laundromat at my apartment which is ridiculous.

In our opinion, this storage units were VERY reasonably priced and quite clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Located right off the I-75 Freeway and securely gated with easy access. Finally moving our stuff out, we swept out our unit and we only saw one dead bug... a cricket !! Then, we unpacked our boxes in a new place and we were again surprised .... we did not see one bug from the boxes. NOT ONE ! Dead or alive !! So pleased. THANK YOU for taking care of your place so we don't transport unwanted bugs elsewhere.

This was a painless transaction, and very easy access from I-75. 24 hour access via a locked gate with keypad, both climate controlled and standard. They also rent U-Haul, but we didn't need that. Highly recommended short term storage lockers.
