Located on 15th St, Gate 3 in LA and it was a scary experience. In an industrial area and tons of people hanging around made me feel unsafe, uneasy. Security outside the entrance either for my protection or to stop people from stealing. That made me feel even more scared. Inside there were tons of selections--shorts, shirts, dresses, jewelry, jeans, purses, men, women and children. Clothes range from $5-$30. The dress cost $30, which I thought was expensive. Good luck in finding a parking space here. Street parking was hard and can't promise that your car won't get ding. Not all staff were friendly. No smiles. How about a simple "hi" or "hello"? Um nope! One of the staff even told me that I couldn't take pictures. What? I've never heard of that before. I sure did take those pictures anyway. :) Overall experience, I will not return to this place due to no service, scary experience and nothing worth buying. Good place to buy Guess jeans. I was buying jeans for a friend and they had a good selection in her size (27). Two pairs of distressed jeans and one pair of denim shorts for $45.00 ($15 each!). I looked over the shoes and they weren't in perfect condition. Most had wear spots or you could see how they were handled (thrown around) in the store. I wouldn't go here to buy shoes but you may get lucky and find something. They don't have as much men's wear as they do women's but there were still nice button up shirts for $15 or $20. T-shirts were $10. They had a few coats and a few dresses. I would say the main reason to shop here would be for the jeans and denim shorts. This place is located in an industrial area. Find parking on the street, enter through gate #3 and the store is just inside the gate on the right. This place is down the street from a pretty good diner. Holy cow I wish I had known about this before! My friend casually mentioned to me a holiday tent sale at a Guess? Factory in DTLA (1 mile from my house, holler!), and I thought I would check it out.... then Thanksgiving and Christmas happened, and new years, and before I knew it, it was the first Sunday in the new year, and it was the last day of the sale. My plans for that day got cancelled, so I took it as a sign from the universe that I should just go to the sale for some me-time and retail therapy. HOLY CRAP. Turns out, it was the best sale of any sort, of my life. Since it was the last day of their tent sale (a sidewalk tent sale outside of the factory store), all prices were additionally slashed, and then you got 75% off your entire purchase. No questions, no gimmicks. I had prepared myself for shoving, or long entry lines (3 hrs for BCBG's sale), but thankfully, it was well-secured, well-organized, and i had NO WAITING TIME to enter. There weren't hoards of people, and the goods they brought out were directly from the factory store! Not last year's stuff, things I still see in Macy's on sale! Things I almost bought full price! I will forever be coming back to this sale, as there is just no way for this to be cheaper. I got Guess heels and boots for $3.75 each, shorts for $1.20, dresses for under $5. Jackets and pants were equally cheap. Nothing had holes, or was ill-cut, as far as I could see. The regular store had 50% off tagged prices, but it was empty, as everyone was in the tent, unable to believe how cheap it all was! Men and women alike walked out with multiple trashbags of brand new Guess clothing, and no one I saw spent more than $150. My take for the day: $103, and I got 10 heels, 1 leather boots, 5 dresses, 3 shorts, 2 pants, 2 shirts, 1 kimono jacket. WHAT IN THE WORLD?! Thank you DTLA, thank you Guess, thank you sales, thank you! Tip: Accepts credit cards! YES! No returns or exchanges No trying on, for the tent sale. Yes for the store. I have been shopping at the Guess onsite store for years now and it is truly a hidden gem! Guess and Marciano are two of my favorite brands and when I see the clothes discounted up to 90% off my eyes light up like a little kid on Christmas. I can honestly say that about 60% of my wardrobe came from this store. I have bought jeans for $10, shoes for $15-$25, bags for $30, dresses for $10-$15, shirts for $5, and jackets and coats for $25-$50 from this store. They used to have parking lot sales where items are discount beyond belief but now they have this little onsite store and everything is slightly higher priced. You have to get there early for the best selection and items vary day by day but I never fail to find some amazing goodies when I visit. If only parking wasn't such a b*ch around there I'd be visiting a lot more often. read more

They were more of the cheapy "promish" type dresses though and we weren't able to find much. There wasn't much selection in the rest of the store but everything was cheap. I was still paying, I had not left the store, when I said this, the manager Roxana got upset and treated me in an unprofessional way and told me never to return to the store. I am doing this review based on my shopping experience in the tent sale. I came after New Years and their tent sale was 75 percent off already marked down items. I purchased a jacket , a loose sweater , two tops, a pair of shorts & some pleather leggings. All 6items for 13 dollars!! Amazing deals !! I'm knocking off one star for the parking and for the actual onsite store on any regular day. The shoes were worth it! I got a pair of Marciano heels for $15.00. These shoes were. $228 in the store. Not worth the $228 but definitely worth every penny of the $15.00 - so cute! The clothing was okay. Many of the jeans are the ones that fit funny -too high of a waist, too short, too low of a waist or awkward colors. Lots of t-shirts. I found a crotchet cocktail dress that I saw at Macy's for $110. I paid $8.50 for it. Overall I loved my experience and will be back soon! read more

This place is filled with clothing, pretty much the same models but the prices are ok, not cheap, you can get good quality clothes at some outlets in Los Angeles area with really good price, you can go to citadel or some other outlets in San Bernardino and Ventura and find great quality for a great price, the clothe here is pretty much the ugliest from Guess! read more

I would say 3.5 stars is appropriate for this place. I am a huge fan of all things Guess so once I got my IRS refund I wanted to do a little bit of shopping, so I thought I'd come here and try it out:) The overall look of the place is like a mall store as another reviewer said. The crowd was mainly hispanic people, it sort of reminded me of shopping in the alleys in DTLA, you know that bargain-shopping crowd that brings their entire family along. It's not fancy there, don't expect South Coast plaza..haha. I went on a Saturday if it makes any difference. I honestly thought there were going to be more clothes; it was a bit small to me. You can also only take 5 items into the dressing room at a time which is kind of tiring because you HAVE TO TRY EVERYTHING ON!! If you get nothing else from my review, please note that at least half of the things you like won't fit properly. Like some of the waistbands on the pants feel like they are the wrong size compared with the rest of the garment. So you need to take the time to try it all on before you buy it. There are also no returns or exchanges, so beware. I was disappointed in the selection of denim jeans, there were none that I liked and the two pairs of pants that I bought were "irregular" I tried them on and they fit fine, but on the hanger they look ugly and strange compared to a full-retail priced pair of Guess jeans. They were also tagged on the inside with a black stamp with the words "irregular". I didn't notice while I was trying them on, but when I got home I saw that. It kind of made me a little sad, I took a sharpie and colored over it. I don't want to read that everyyyy time I wear them, no thanks! Am I a psycho for doing that?...perhaps..lol. The outside label was also super cheap looking, it was a shiny black one. Normally they have a leather "genuine Guess" label on their pants, I own several pairs of Guess jeans that's how I know. So that cheapie label was taken off when I got home, I literally sat there and unstitched it, I'm so picky! :P I feel like I'm going on and on about the labels, but another thing you should know about this place is that they cut all of the inside "Guess" labels in half on absolutely every item that they sell... Like they really don't want people to resale their things. So if you are one of those people that like to play it off like you payed full price, you wont be able to do it here since your label at the back neck will be sliced or crossed out with a sharpie! They also limit how much you can buy at a time: only 10 of each category, like 10 shirts + 10 dresses+ 10 shoes etc. which may or may not affect you. It didn't hurt me because I felt like I got a lot of stuff but didn't reach their maximum. Even with all of these complaints, I was still happy since I found many great things! The tops and dresses that I found were really nice! The shoes I found were absolutely amazing!! I found 2 pairs: one sandal and one peep-toed platform, both leather! Platforms were $25 and the sandal was $15. I cannot wait to wear the platforms! They were ridiculously comfortable:) I can tell I will be able to go all night long in them without my feet hurting!!:) Score! most items were reasonable priced $10- 15 some if the nicer blouses were $20 though. I will definitely be back here to shop. If you like ross, tj maxx, and marshalls you might like this place. Hopefully they will have more jeans next time. read more

Ugly store = Rude & Ugly management too! Be careful what you purchase, because once you pay for it you own it! I didn't notice the strap was broken on one of the two $40 purses I bought. That witch said, oh so sorry, but you can't exchange it, no exceptions!! OMG!!! I hadn't even left the counter and there's no way of fixing this strap... Never again!! She had the nerve to say a lot of their items are irregulars and it's a chance you take. This store mostly features samples from all Guess brands. You may even find some really random things from other brands too. You definitely need patience to go look through this place, but you can find some great finds. Short sleeve shirts are $10; dresses are $20; outerwear's $50... you get the picture. Went during the week. Wasn't impressed. First thing they do when you walk in is they stop you and ask you when was the last time you shopped there. Then they go over their list of rules. You can only shop there once per week... limit is of 10 items... Store is no longer an outlet, etc. But quite honestly I wouldn't go back. I didn't even want to buy 1 item. No EXCEPTIONS.They will refuse service if you attempt to buy more than allowed.Also, prices for pretty much everything have doubled.Dresses are now $35 ( before $20).Guess/Marciano Jeans (Womens/Mens) are now $30 per piece.T shirts are nos $20 ( before $10) .Store associates did not want to tell the reason why but I've heard that it was due to resellers/bulk buyers.....The store is pretty much empty on weekdays compared to times in where it was normally packed. Please don't shop here. All the items that they have are ugly and cheap. They ripped the tags off because it's illegal to have the actual tag of GUESS. Well anyways I came here to buy my dad some clothes for Mexico. I came here to buy him some shirts. I got them size Medium, but then I realized I he was a size Large. I came back in to exchange the size not asking for my money back, but to exchange only in size. She gave me big attitude saying yeah I can't do that. So I'm thinking what am I going to do with mans clothes ? I convince her to exchange them. Then at the time of exchanging she says I cannot do all of them only 3 like wtf ?. No. .
