You could spend the entire day here with an array of shops (some of them experiential), restaurants and even a movie theater. The center is well maintained and curated with purpose. The stores are hopping and no doubt these are some important doors representing a slice of global retail brought to you in a beautiful, modern environment. The hybrid indoor/ outdoor feel is very chic and the landscaping and surrounding architecture is atmospheric. It is no wonder that on any given day you will find influencers filming to document their latest finds. There are both luxury as well as mass market retailers and everything in between. While many of the top tier luxury will be found in Beverly Hills, there are still plenty of high end stores. There is also a great assortment of affordable brands too as well as some surprises like The Container Store and a Tesla Gallery. The food assortment here is astounding! Whether you choose a sit-down restaurant or a food court pick, you will have an incredible array of options to choose from. The restroom facilities are also great. They are climate controlled and clean. Love the walls that completely partition the stalls from one another and give you a sense of privacy. The only things I found off-putting about Westfield Century City was the obnoxiously expensive parking and the hopelessly dull pop music that was being piped in throughout the center. It really diminished the ambiance. It's too loud and was very distracting. I don't mind music in public places, but if you are able to lure respectable brands like this center does, please have some finesse and taste about what you play. I feel like the music would have been the same if I had gone to a kids trampoline park. Overall, great shopping center, but the exorbitant parking fees and teenie bopper music selection are detractors.

And while I didn't decide on any particular brand on this visit, the service by the staff was basically non-existent. While the store itself and the shelves continue to be filled by high end product, what good does it do you if there's no one but the occasional ghost roaming around? I'm seriously wondering if they are having problems or challenges hiring enough people now. It wouldn't surprise me. The days of walking into Bloomingdale's and having that feeling that you're in someplace special are long gone. The reviews and stars are pretty much on point for this location just as it is for this mall as a whole. And you hate to equate everything to dollars and cents, but in this now challenging economy given what's happening overseas, you would think they would do so much better.

Found exactly what I needed, and the service person was so helpful, she chatted to me about the products and did a beautiful job of wrapping up my Jo Malone soap. Also checked out the purse areas. Wow. Best selection this side of Sak's Fifth Avenue in New York. The post-covid slack was still visible, as there weren't very many people in the store, but it was a terrific stop there, fun perusing all the different departments and the staff are beyond helpful. Forgot all about this place, but not no more.

Service: All of the Marshal's staff I have ever interacted with in my 8 years of frequenting this Marshals location have been polite and helpful with all reasonable requests for assistance. I never have made an unreasonable request so I really can't compare against that. Selection: Marshals has a great number of standard types of items readily available but it is not a consistent in specific products. AKA if you don't get it now it probably won't be there next time you come. That does make for a fun shopping experience to find new things. Value: Some things have great reduced price value. I spent three hours meticulously looking for all of the 50% off holiday items. At one point a staff brought a huge cart of holiday candles to restock the Christmas section so I directly took from her cart. At checkout I was told 2/3 of my items were NOT part of the holiday section. I pleaded that there are snowflakes on the lip balm, the palmers lotion said HOLIDAY GIFT SET, and the names of the scents of the candles to which I was told no. A manager and another staff came over to say ok to the lip balm once she saw the snowflake. Then validated her and said she's right these are just red candles it's a no. I one by one picked them up and pleaded "mistletoe noir isn't holiday?" She said ok fine you can have that one. I literally said wow I didn't realize I needed to negotiate and try to convince you for each of these?! As I went and read the names of these candles. She said you don't need to convince me I just didn't read the bottom were really busy. I said then why are saying no before looking?! (Mind you I come here often, there was no one in line, normally line is around the isle and I wait 20min) she stormed away. The way she talked to me was so beyond unacceptable and mean. NO apology for telling me no when not checking. I told the cashier I'm so beyond upset right now this is not how I wanted to feel on my birthday. Moral of the story Barbara didn't let me take many of the candles I am certain were holiday, ultimately I literally got on my car and started sobbing. What a crazy way to spend my day off, and my birthday. Ultimately while Barbara was extremely rude, the ultimate problem is that the items should be in the system as holiday or not instead of letting staff debate with customers. Please change the holiday system for the future, thank you.

Beth you are the best! Big shout out to Betth and to the client services team!…read more This is a perfect example of how one employee can take what it would have been an 1 star review and turn it into a solid 5 stars! I was at the store a few days ago with my wife to shop. I was just walking around and browsing while my wife was doing the actual and real shopping. Before I knew it I was surrounded by obnoxious, rude and super entitled individuals, people who reminded me why Beverly Hills customers - generally speaking - are some of the worse customers on the planet. I am a firm believer that the customer is not always right and it is up to the store to ensure that both, customers and employees are both behaving properly and in a humane way. But this is when it gets nice. People from the client services saw my frustration, approached me, talked to me, made me feel nice, safe and heard and a few jokes and a few moments later, I ended up buying two pairs of sunglasses for myself. Somehow Beth just by looking at my face knew which sunglasses would look good on me and told me where to go and which pairs to try on and she couldn't have been more right. So a big thank you to their team, a big shout out to all of them who work hard for the company and I assure you that my wife and I will be back for more shopping. Everyone can sell you clothes, not everyone can sell you a genuinely good experience. Gracias.

It was my mistake that I thought there policy was like Nordstroms on exchange or return policy. Whit that said I called into Neiman Marcus Beverly Hill customer service gave the first person who answered my call all the information she left me on hold for a long period of time then hung up on me. When I called back a man answered and I gave him the information his was very aggressive in his tone saying that I bought the bracelet over a year ago and they don't do returns on item over 30 day. Which is okay, because I wasn't aware of the policy I bought it on line and again I thought that they may have the same policy as Nordstrom. I understand policy's and how business work I just didn't understand why he and the lady couldn't just say in a respectful manner that the was the policy and I would have said thank you and went about my way but instead they acted as if I offended them by calling in. Then they have no way to file a complaint about their behavior on line so here I am. They will never get another purchase order from me. I will definitely only be doing business with Nordstrom because I know they have respect for customers and their money. Oh did I mention the thin red string with gold accents was $245 dollars. I just wanted a replacement not a refund Never again Neiman Marcus! And talk to your customer service operator about customer service they need better communication skills.

I used to love shopping at Nordstrom Rack in the Fox Hills Mall (Westfield Culver City). I've been…read morea loyal customer for years and every visit I'd easily spend $400+ without any issues. Unfortunately, an experience about two years ago completely changed how I feel about this store. During my last visit, I was racially profiled and followed throughout the store by two asset protection employees (one male and one female). I have no idea why I was singled out. Despite being treated that way, I still purchased around $600 worth of items that day. What made it even more upsetting was seeing one of them waiting near the front door as I was leaving, as if they expected me to do something wrong. I even waved and laughed in disbelief because it was so obvious. He stood at the door after following me, once the second person started following me, then left that post after I walked out with my purchased items. What's even more frustrating is that I saw someone else (same ethnicity as the security that were following me) in the store actually stealing items, but because they were so focused on watching me, they completely ignored her. I saw her walk right out the door after stuffing her pockets and purse with stolen items. Unbelievable! That experience was disappointing. I left the store wishing I hadn't spent a dime there. Since then, I've never returned to that location. I even tried shopping at the Nordstrom Rack on Fig at 7th downtown recently, and unfortunately experienced the same thing, being followed around the store. Because of these experiences, I've decided I will no longer shop at Nordstrom Rack or Nordstrom. No customer who is spending their hard-earned money should feel targeted or profiled while simply trying to shop. Prior to the incident where I was followed around the store, I had another frustrating experience at this location. On a previous visit, I purchased clothes and other items. When I walked out, the alarm at the door went off, but another customer was exiting at the same time so I assumed it was related to her purchase. I had two bags of clothes and other items, and didn't notice anything unusual when I quickly checked my bags. About a month later, when I went to wear one of the dresses, I discovered the security sensor was still attached. It was black and blended in with the dress, which is probably why I didn't notice it earlier. I then checked the other clothes and two more dresses that I hadn't worn yet and found that they also still had sensors attached, hidden on the slip of the dress. I returned to the store to have them removed, but initially the staff refused because I didn't have the receipt. Fortunately, I had used my Nordstrom credit card and they were able to look up the purchase and finally remove the sensors. This situation could have been avoided if the employee had properly checked the dresses (since they hide their sensors) before bagging them. These are higher-priced items that typically have sensors attached, so you would think staff would be trained to know where the sensors are placed. But I don't totally blame the staff because they were hidden. Why not make them visible? Why place a black sensor on a black dress? Customers shouldn't have to inspect their purchases for security tags after leaving the store. Goodbye, Nordstroms! It was fun while it lasted.
