The staff here is so welcoming and sincere, and are not afraid to strike up a warm conversation. The store is run very efficiently for consignors as well -- I've consigned many men's designer that have sold quickly here. I'd say it's easier to find nice designer womenswear. Men's designer is harder to find, but at times you'l get lucky with designer menswear.

They took my phone number and said they would call when they found the match. I gave them my number and about a week later, they called and had found the match. I returned and bought it. Yesterday, we went there and bought a few things. Super cute stuff and fun to shop. My daughter found new Stan Smith Adidas. They couldn't sell them because they lost the key to unlock the block thing that the alarm goes off if cut. Again, I gave my number and today, they called and found the key. Went back and got the adidas.

One of the worst and most insulting shopping experiences I've ever had happened today at this…read morelocation. My wedding is in October, and I came in with my fiancé specifically looking for a cute, short white dress for my second look. I remembered this store had a wedding section, so naturally I expected the staff to be helpful and understanding when I explained that I was a bride shopping for my wedding. Instead, I was completely dismissed and treated like I was an inconvenience. I found a dress I liked and was trying to find a size that might fit me when one of the sales associates approached me. Rather than actually listening to what I was looking for or acknowledging that I was a bride, she sent me across the store to a different dressing room. Because wedding dresses require clips, the associate helping me contacted the wedding section over the walkie to ask for clips. Nobody bothered to respond. She eventually had to walk across the store herself to ask, she came back to tell me they were brining it over and then after waiting another 5 min she was told that all of the clips were being used. At this point, I had already been waiting 15 minutes just to be able to try the dress properly and show my fiancé what it looked like. I finally told the associate that I just wanted to take the dress off because I was having an awful experience. And then it somehow got even worse. As my fiancé and I were WALKING OUT, the store manager had multiple employees following us out of the store. The way we were treated was absolutely humiliating and completely unnecessary. We were treated as though we were criminals or some kind of threat when we had literally walked into the store as a couple trying to shop for a wedding outfit. There was zero customer service, zero communication, and absolutely no effort to make a bride feel welcome. Instead, I left feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and genuinely shocked by how poorly we were treated.

Walked in, and instead of getting greeted, we were told by a lady that the store was going to be closing in 30 minutes but the fitting rooms are still open. Okay cool. She was nice about it so it was fine. Except right after she told us that on one side, a guy employee sees us, walks down the aisle, and straight up tells me and my boyfriend the same thing, except not as nice, with a "Just figure out what items you want." Ok. Haven't even walked through one aisle yet, but sure. I kid you not.. A few more moments of looking through an aisle, ANOTHER lady comes up to tell us the exact same thing, that they're close to closing. At that point, didn't feel welcomed anymore to just look around the store and instead a bit aggravated. So as we were now heading out and walking through the store the long way around, we were told again by another lady again that they were closing soon. At that point we just said, "Yupp we are heading out!" and after stepping out, we hear a Thank you. Like sheesh, it was really appalling how much staff really walked up to tell us they're closing soon (as if to kick you out) and it made the usual chill and nice Uniqlo experience bitter. Very unfortunate

As an open air mall, this style of shopping is inviting and enjoyable. Visiting frequently as a kid, it is a completely different experience. Stores are more high end than I remember. Crowds were exponentially greater! Lines for several stores (including Olive Young) to get in and for Ramen blew my mind. If you want a place to watch the world cup, courtyard is ready and inviting. This area was nice with the high rise century city backdrop. Although it was more crowded than I expected, meeting friends for lunch was great. The restaurant choices are wonderful. We planned to eat at one spot, but due to the wait we changed it up and it was a total hit. Parking was crazy! Lines to go up and down, it took forever to pull in a spot. The prices are expensive too if ya make a day here. Very few places validate.

Although this place is clean and offers lots of great stores, the parking system made everything very annoying. The fee system is complicated, and even after shopping, I ended up paying way too much. A place like this one, which claims to offer an exclusive shopping experience, requires a major renovation of its customer service department and parking system. There are many alternatives available in Los Angeles, where people do not leave irritated by the fees related to parking.
