Efraim replaced my well pump and pressure tank but in a couple of months one of the pipes they connected to pressure gauge started leaking water. I've called the company owner Philip and let him know about that. He said the parts are cheap and they are not responsible for anything. He said Efraim will come and get everything fixed for 170$. Sorry buddy I'm not paying 170$ for you fuck ups. See attached pictures as proof. Think twice before hiring these crooks - they won't care about you as a customer and will take advantage of you as soon as there's an opportunity. read more

My well stopped working on a Saturday. I called a well repair service to fix my well. After arriving and a hour later I found out my well problem was very serious and that repair man said I probably needed to have my well re-drilled because the pump was stuck in the well casing making it impossible to drop a new pump. Sunday I called around looking for someone to come and either fix my well or re-drill a new one. I called numerous places and nobody could help me. Then I found Guest Well Drilling. They came out on a Sunday about an hour after calling them. They drilled the pump out of the casing and dropped a new pump in about an hour and they charged me a fraction of what it would have cost to have a new well drilled. The got all their equipment into my back yard without damaging ANY landscaping! They did all that for a fair price and the price was much less than I expected. I cannot say enough good about these guys!! I would recommend them to anybody needing them! Thank you guys sooo much!!! read more

I don't understand the poor reviews and I can only go by my recent experience. My submersible well pump crapped out on me . I had messed up by trying to do the job myself and I dropped some plates into the well causing the pump to be jammed against the casing. A couple of companies I called refused to come out when they saw the photos. I called Guest and they sent someone out within the hour. Guy came and looked at the well, shook his head and basically said it was a problem. Not only was the well a problem but the access to it was tight. He gave me a price and when I agreed, they said that they would be there within 2 days. 2 days later they showed up with this monster of a machine and managed to orient it around 3 sides of my house up to the well head. Within 5 minutes of hooking it up, the pump started to release and they brought it out. Then they started the work to replace the pump. Now here is the crazy part. When they gave me the price, my only question was what h/p pump would they use to replace the old one. I never thought to ask which brand. They replaced a cheap pump with a $1,600 Grundfos pump! With no upcharge. They then brought my entire system up to code, replaced my filter and then checked out my irrigation system to make sure everything functioned properly. So I can't recommend this company and their crew highly enough. They did what they said they were going to do, they did it when they said they were going to do it, they did it for the price that they quoted, and they used the best materials available. Well was not pumping water it was running dry. I called and they arrived in about one hour that should have been a red flag. They informed after a very Quick Look, YOU NEED A NEW WEL. THE wanted 12000$ for a new well , told them I could afford that price, they checked with the boss over the phone and said they could probably do it for 8,700$. I said could afford that either I would let the lawn die. I then got a new name and called him. Jack Shrode, he came out about 3 days later it took him about 3 minutes to say the pump was ok I had water but there was an air leak at the pump suction pipe. He found the leak by listening with 2 foot one inch pipe section like a stethoscop. He fixed the leak I was happy and asked him what I owed him. He said wait a couple of days to make sure I fixed it. A week has passed and water pressure is fine I sent Jack Shrode his 145 dollar check. I should have read the reviews before calling Guest pump read more

Rude and inconsiderate. Plus no communication and much higher than other Drill companies. Do your homework people. Check reviews for a business before hiring them. Lloyds Drilling, American Drilling, and many others are much better for sure. Nice people to work with and go above what is needed to be done. read more

The previous reviews about the lack of courtesy and support are too glowing. They installed a pressure tank for my well in Dec 2022 and in July 2023 it started leaking at the bottom. I called and talked to someone who could barely speak English and said tat they would be "Right out." (at 8:30am) - didn't show by 3:00 so I called back and they hung up on my, no answer, no nothing. They are a total disgrace to the business community and should really not be doing anything relating to customer service. read more

This company does not deserve to be in business, 20+ years of half effort work and parts. We have been without water for a month due to them installing a pump in the sediment. Despite telling them 3 months prior that it was an issue. This is the 2nd pump to burn out. Also, they lie on their permits, saying it was 120 feet deep when it was only 60 feet deep. It's so hard trying to get them to come fix their issue, it's excuse after excuse. An employee is sick, a rig is down, we aren't in your area today, etc. NEVER think of using them if you value your time and money. read more

I called because my water was shutting off and taking awhile to come back on. I was told I needed a new filtration system. Later on checking the price of the parts I was charged $1150 in labor and the men were only here 2 hours. The water was working but the filtration system was failing to read and run the water through salt tank. After calling another company to come help because I had such a bad experience with this company when I had called for a different reason about a power switch. I was charged $80 for them to come tell me I needed to get ants out of my power switches. I removed the ants and put pesticides down and that worked fine. The owner replied to a google review that I had did something with the power and that's why the warranty is voided. I'm reality I called after another company told me they needed fo fix the transmitter they installed since it hasn't even been a year. Reluctantly I called and the owner realized it was me who had left a bad review and yelled at me and told me he was not going to come since I left a bad review and hung up on me. So now I have to pay again for something that is very much supposed to be covered by the said warranty. read more

Super Impressed and highly recommended. I called this morning at 9:30am. Somebody had just pushed their project out a day... He said we will be there in an hr... they where here in less than that, 3 trucks, 3 big guys and a portable well drilling machine. They got my old pump out in less 20 minutes after arriving. New pump installed and working before noon. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Pretty obvious they have been doing this awhile.. they had the right tools and experience to get this done in short order. We purchased a home with an old well. We hired Guest Well to install the well. They charged us around $5000k to install the new well, which including $1800 clean up well (not sure what this is for). Since we live far away, we hired this company to get the job done. Before installing, we double check with him to see if our house can use county water but he said all these people in this area use well. After installing, the water came out very orange and eventually thirst. We called Effrain with concern of orange water and the well is submerged in muddy area. We contacted Effrain since mid June, he said he would come back to fix it. It has been 2 weeks, he did not respond to our phone calls. We also recently found out that our neighbor has county water. Our house just needs to install water meter from the county, not the well. We have been giving Efrain and his team time to correct their work but their unresponsiveness forced me to review them. read more

This company has some serious issues. Their foreman Efrain P****** is a lying and unethical man. He is also condescending. My well was to be a 2/3 day job and since the equipment broke down while they were using it, they just left it in my yard over the weekend. Then when they finally brought a new machine to do the work, Efriam had estimated the water table incorrectly and the dig was to be deeper, they didn't have the proper machinery. Once they did hit water, the "well" collapsed and Efriam refused to finish the job. They left a mess in my yard, used my water to dig the well and I was told that I would be reimbursed what was used if I submitted my water bill. I contacted Efriam by phone 3 times and he laughed at my request and told me he would send the money. I emailed him and he ignored me. This company is led by an unethical and condescending foreman, and his is the only phone number listed. I would love to have my well dug but this company is not the one to do a proper job and not rip me off. I have photos showing the disaster they left me with. read more

Excellent company! They installed a new well for us and are very easy to work with. They placed it where we wanted and did an amazing job at cleaning up. When we had an issue with it not providing enough water they came back and redrilled it much deeper at no additional cost to us. Works great now. Highly recommend. read more

They came out promptly to fix a well at my house. That's all they did correctly. I had found two wells about 40 feet apart and had exposed the pipe on the firs well and had repaired the broken pipe. I had exposed the second well pipe about 20 feet and had another 20 feet to go. I was tired and called Guest well. They came out and cut the pipe to the first well that I had repaired and put a new one in. They spent an hour on it and finally got the water going but it was fluctuating in pleasure they said that is as good as I would get water out of a shallow well. I told them maybe the other line was broken and they dug halfhearted for about 10 minutes and they stoped and said no that pipe was ok. They left and charged me $210. The next day I turned pump on no water. Primed the pump no water. Then after two hours of digging at the second well pipe I found a hole in that pipe that appeared after the dirt got water and it unplugged the old pipe. I repaired the pipe myself and primed the pump. First prime and wow I got water at 15 gallons a minute. Guest well is a very good company. They came out fast to fix the backflow pipe in my yard that was run over for a second time by DHL contracting for amazon delivery service. I had to turn off my water because the broken pipe was flooding my yard. I called and within a few hours they were at my house and fixing it. Great people work for Guest Well and I would recommend them to everyone. read more

This company made promises repeatedly to complete the service which I (mistakenly) paid in full, believing their initial promise. They have either given a fictitious time they would come out, hung up with an excuse, or said they would come and did not. Do NOT hire this company. They make promises they do not keep. read more
