I've been coming to this mall regularly with my daughter for over eight years. It's one of our favourite places to go stretch are legs and add to our wardrobe. The ladies at customer service are so friendly and truly amazing people. I've gotten to know most of them on more of a personal level. My favourite spots are Aritzia, Victoria's Secret, Sephora and of course Starbucks for either my Earl Grey or English Breakfast tea. My daughter loves Lego store, Hot Topic, Just Cozy, Aritzia and EB Games. If you haven't been to Guildford Mall then I advise you to go have a look. Happy Shopping read more

I can't remember when was the last time I went to Guildford Town Center. So recently, I went back and I was surprised how big this mall is. I was surprised how many stores are here. They have two parts to it. I was also surprised how Walmart is disconnected from the mall. I guess when they built phase two or when they expanded the mall they didn't know how to connect Walmart together. I have to say the food court here is huge. So many options. This is a two storey mall. Also there are plenty of parking here. Free parking I am talking about. The mall is huge and clean. read more

This was our rendezvous location to meet up with a local friend, so our visit to the mall was relatively quick. Our impression was that the mall had a good variety of retail shops, was clean and modern, had a good amount of parking (weekday), and a large food court with a lot of variety. We chose to eat lunch at Kung Pao Wok (our rating, 3/5), typical food court fare. Good amount of seating. read more

Surprisingly nice mall in NW Surrey. This mall used to be quite ghetto but I guess they finally decided to clean it up. Parking is available in the large lots surrounding the building. The layout is a bit confusing so I'm not actually sure where the best spots to park are. Car traffic gets pretty busy around the mall as well. The inside is very modern now, and has a similar feel to Metrotown or Park Royal, which is nice. There are 2 levels. Personally I like the store selection here better than Central City. One neat thing worth checking out (I assume it's temporary) is the historical Vancouver exhibit that shows artifacts from the city throughout the decades. Pretty neat to see if one grew up here. For some reason the food court looks very dated still. I couldn't put my finger on it. It's quite claustrophobic, like the underground one at Pacific Centre. read more

The experience is very bad and it's repeatedly happening from last two years. It seems employee has the marching order to keep more visit per patient. Never tell the full details , every visit they say something is remaining book another appoinment. Every visit they ask for x- ray before and after treatment and even after cleaning and then photos unless you insist of having set of c- ray is ok. When I ask them how much it cost for my son for all the fillings they told me my portion and when I book the appointment and did the filling they says still 50% of filling we remaining which is additional what they told me earlier. That's is just one scenario. I have multiple incidents like that . When I told the front desk they say sorry and life goes on. One of my son done the filling and paid and when second one finishes they ask me to pay the cost of both and when I said I already paid one then then apologies Sorry.. it is very unprofessional way of treating the patient . Very very disappointed for this office service. read more

Guildford Town Centre is located on 152 St and 104 Ave. It's neighbourhood mall but newly renovated. It nicely decorated and updated to modern shopping centre. They have some good chain stores in the mall as well as department store The Bay and Walmart. It's good and convenient for neighbourhood. read more

Well, this is definitely not the mall I frequented as a teenager! Total upgrade! It is a bit confusing as it seems that Walmart is no longer attached to the mall (maybe I am wrong?). But lots of ice nee and old shops and very aesthetically pleasing. Also, free wifi! read more

This mall has many of the big name stores. Parking usually is not an issue. Walmart for some reason is not connected to the mall. I do think that the mall should have more seating as it seems like a lot of people sit around. read more

Great mall with plenty of shops and places to eat. At first I wasn't a fan of the mall after the renovations cause I was so used to the old mall, but they have added some great stores after the expansion a couple years ago. Some great additions include the Lego store, Disney store, Uniqlo, and Muji. You can easily spend a half day shopping to your content. Nice clean well maintained bathrooms as well. read more

One of my favourite malls to visit. There is a good variety of stores while still being a mall of manageable size to walk in! The mall is clean and bright, with beautiful water features and greenery. My only gripe is that Surrey has a lot of young families and so the family washrooms and nursing facilities are always being used. Hopefully the mall administration sees that and will improve in this area. Perhaps deserves 3.5 stars, but I docked stars for parking (never enough on weekends, and barely enough on weekdays with more parent parking needed), and docked stars for lack of elevators in parts of the mall. read more

This mall sucks. Straight up. It has all the big name brand shit like Walmart, Old Navy, Stitches, The Bay, Le Crapeau, and La Senza. The layout of the mall is retarded, with one section going over the overpass at 104th Ave, and the food court is filled with greasy garbage that will make you vomit. During the week, the only people you will find here are retired fogeys, or pregnant teenagers, and on the weekend families of ten in their minivans letting their children go berzerk. The parking lot is currently under construction making it almost impossible to get out, which is frightening enough. Can you imagine being trapped in a mall in Surrey? That just reaks of denim tassley jackets and 80's feathered hair! I give them one star because they have a Zelen shoes, and the people at that store helped me find a size 13 men's Converse shoe when everyone downtown was sold out. I would avoid this place like the plague if at all possible. read more

Major construction going on, lots of deals though because of it! Almost every store has some special or big promotion because of the reduced traffic, great for deal-seekers. The new mall is going to be really big and nice with the entrance of big stores such as Forever 21 and H&M. Movie theatre to be connected, yay! No need to go to Metrotown anymore for Fraser Valley shoppers. Even with construction, the mall is nice and clean and the experience is still there. Lots of parking it's just kind of tricky to navigate around the blockages and contsruction. read more

I used to work at this mall for a few years, and honestly, it's not that bad. There's the few decent department stores - (Bay, Sears, WalMart, and London Drugs) - along with some good specialty stores (ie. Below the Belt, Athlete's World, Old Navy, Le Chateau). They always have a Spring special concert series at this mall during Spring Break where they actually get some pretty good names to come and perform for free!! Great if you have kids to entertain during Spring Break. In addition, at the customer service desk by the London Drugs on the top floor, they offer complementary gift wrapping (not instantly - you'll usually have to wait about 20 minutes, but still... it's better than anything an average person could do). read more

I have been longtime shopper at Guildford Town Centre since I'm a local boy and if I don't move out of province I'm pretty sure I'll be a lifer. This shopping centre is pretty much the core of retail commerce here in Surrey with tens of thousands (I think I might be exaggerating) flock here to buy anything from cheap socks at the Wal-Mart to expensive jewelry at the jewelry store. It has a lot of variety including a provincial liquor store *tee hee*. The only complaint about Guildford Town Centre without much validity is the recent expansion of the Wal-Mart (Really? It has to be upgraded to superstore status? Ugh) but I do like the idea of a car garage to provide more parking during peak shopping season. read more

Gone are the Guildford days of old. I remember coming here and the mall was done for. A neverending expanse of stores I had never heard of and junk I didn't want to buy. So, you can imagine my surprise when I saw a bus drive by with a sign about Sephora being at Guildford. My curiosity was piqued and looked them up online to see what else they had to offer. I was shocked. They have possibly everything you could ever want in a mall. They offer all of the typical 'mall' stores now: Sephora, Forever21, H&M, Aritizia and so on. I was actually surprised to see an Apple Store, MAC and L'Occitane here. I don't know why, but Guildford and those stores never matched up in my head. As I waded through my shock, I was also happy for the mall for overcoming what seemed like imminent failure. I'm also happy that it's close to my new work and easily accessible by the new Hwy 17 (SFPR). Get my shoe on a Browns or get my bra on a Victoria's secret. Also, I really enjoy Freshii and they have that in their food court now. It's amazing. read more

It also has a ton stores, a lot of chain stores, including XXI, Aritzia, Pink, Aldo, The Bay, etc etc. And the food court is massive and really clean! Guildford town centre had gone under renovation, most of its done, they've added a lot more parking stalls and a new expansion to the mall. All new stores have been added and the hours have extended . It looks more like metrotown but not as big. All the flooring and pillars have also been updated and theyve added waterfalls and a living indoor plant wall. The food court has also moved to the new wing of the mall and is a lot larger with more food and more seats. The whole mall looks a lot nicer and modern. read more

I have to say this mall has really been upgraded with the renovation. It's brighter and more welcoming than before and with the addition of new stores like Sephora, Lego and Lush... I am really liking this mall. I don't have to travel to Vancouver to get to some of these stores. Guildford still doesn't have couple stores I like in yet but maybe they will in the future. The mall is still smaller than Metrotown but it's way better than before. I also like the that it isn't as crazy or crowded as Metrotown. One caveat I have with the mall is the parking. Parking by Starbucks side of the mall can get very busy. I think they do have more parking on the other side of the mall but it's more convenient for me to turn into from 152nd so I haven't explored other options yet but I may have to with the holiday frenzy coming on. read more

Moving on up. Brought my little guys to the Lego and Disney Stores for a look see. Great selection and very friendly staff. Deals seemed better at Disney but Lego was promoting their upcoming special events. Very nice architectural features including waterfall feature beside stairs at Red Robin entrance off of 152nd. Another waterfall wall on an elevator by Sport Chek. Parking still needs work. Lots of transit available though ~10m from Surrey Central skytrain. read more

Since the renovations Guildford is nice, updated, clean bright with lots of parking. A decent selection of stores, but if you're into higher end stores (club monaco, zara, michael kors etc) they don't have that kind of shopping here. Nice big walkways so it doesn't feel as busy and crammed as metrotown or pacific centre, but I definitely won't make this place a regular stop. Apart from the big chains there isn't much going on here. read more

This mall is pretty good, great selection and food court aint that bad. But the problem is the parking is horrendous. It is hard to park here coming in from 152, and it's always packed there. There needs to be better signage there to indicate which is a stop sign and which lanes don't stop. read more

Guildford town centre is almost like a second home for me, so I have spent many hours roaming in and out of this mall. This mall is newly updated and is constantly adding current and popular stores. They definitely put in a good amount of effort to appeal to all demographic. This is a great place to grab some food and to do a little retail therapy. read more

I love the new renovations, but the mall is awkward to access and exit from 104th and 152nd, and lots of potholes still in the parking lot. Lots of variety in stores however, and you can find anything you need, if you don't mind paying more for it. I find the Bay's prices, even on sale, very expensive. read more

I walked into here not too long ago thinking "well, OK, the last time I came here it was a dump, here it goes". I was pleasantly surprised to see how newly renovated it was. It also now carries some decent stores I can't recall it carrying. I'd put it on par with Coquitlam Centre now in terms of the stores and how nice it is. The food court is also pretty nice now too. You'd think going to this place in the middle of Surrey it would be full of a bunch of Surrey gangsters or Surrey jacks but it did not seem that way. Seemed like a normal crowd and atmosphere. read more

This mall used to just be "okay", but it's definitely becoming a whole new mall as it finishes up major renovations. Looks much more modern. Has way more parking, although I still don't like the layout, and way more stores too. Including an Apple store, Disney store, and Lego store - all new to the mall. Has lots of food in the food court, and it is right next to red robins and white spot too, practically in the same parking lot. Once renovations (and thus some inconveniences) are complete, this will be a great mall. Maybe even gets one more star. ;-) read more

Wow what a great upgrade! I drove to surrey to do some errands and thought since I came over the bridge why not take a peak at the mall for an hour... AMAZING! So glad I did! They have all the stores I travel downtown for including cupcakes and Rocky Mountain chocolate factory! What a bonus! To top it off it's not crowded, it's massive and all the stores are trendy! I even have my fave store EVERNEW rather than driving to pacific centre or Richmond! And I discovered two new fave stores I've never seen before! What a grey find, if only my husband can share my excitement haha! read more

Great mall!! I actually like this place more then metropolis less foot traffic but the stores I felt were better. I generally like stores that I don't normally get to see back home and the smaller mom and pop type places. Plus there's a Walmart here, no only do u find cheap stuff but u get to experience "the people of Walmart" in other countries! Over all I did like this mall over metropolis but I'd still check that mall out if u came to visit. read more

A mall that I've shopped at for 28 years, always loved it but even before the construction after expanding my Horizons and attending other malls I found this one to be lacking in a lot of areas. The food court was becoming completely unappealing and the choice of shops was seemingly sad. With the construction currently underway there are visual layouts throughout the mall of its future appearance and although the construction seems troublesome in the end it will be well worth it. read more

The days of raccoon eyeliner, tights under skirts, and enough piercings to set off the metal detectors are long gone. I am not 14 and the mall is no longer my stomping grounds and weekend hangout (not this one anyway, I graduated to Metrotown), but that doesn't mean I can forget my trashy, Surrey girl roots. Ah, Guildford. Way back when, this was the hub of my preteen world, what McDonalds is to uptown White Rock, if you will. Recently, however, it's gone from kind of outdated to full blown lame. Renovations still underway, there isn't a lot going on here in terms of good shops, although I expect that to change once everything is finished (I hope!). It's a good thing I no longer frequent this mall. HMV is gone, all my stores are folding up. They've ripped the crap out of what was the parking lot outside of Old Navy, and you can no longer waltz over to the movie theatre with ease. Out of pure love and the hope that things will change, I give Guildford Mall two stars that perhaps it will build on when construction reaches its completion. I at least hope that in the reinvention of this shopping centre, they rip down that God-awful wall-to-wall mirror upstairs outside of the Bay, because that's a fat mirror, for sure. read more

For a mall in the 'burbs, this place is alright. There's something for all - Papa, Mama, Sister, Brother, even the pets. It is generally clean and the wide walkways made me feel comfortable. There are, however lots of policemen - I didn't know what to make of that. The A&W staff are very hard working and efficient (great work on the onion rings, team!). The Lush staff are amazing and remember faces, but they were out of the bath bomb I wanted (I was disappointed). One thing I think this mall could improve on is the consistency of heating. Some places were super hot, others super cold. The other thing that bothered me is that there are lots of skylights, which is great in the daylight, but at night, it can really give someone the creeps. To conclude, I would go again, but the atmosphere could be improved on. read more
