The polish National Alliance owns this property..a big property at that, 2-3 acre lot. There is a large field to the renters disposal, a large parking area, outside seating, outdoor commercial kitchen, and then a good sized indoor hall (190 person capacity). The hall is well maintained and updated throughout. Great lighting, quality tables and chairs (all included with rental), a newer commercial kitchen, and two large bathrooms. Booking this event was pretty simple, the person in charge was easy to talk to and straight forward. All we needed was a date and a security deposit. The rental was 12pm-12am for $650 (more for a stag, wonder why..ha). Only gripe I had was the expectation to return it in the same clean condition we found it in...in a building with absolutely no cleaning supplies. I had to send someone out for paper towels and even soap for the kitchen..and we made due with a push broom to do a final cleanup. Oh and don't forget oven mits if you have an event here..luckily my group of guys have lead fingers.

There was plenty of room for the tables and chairs they provided. The hall is already wired for your DJ of choice to use the house sound system from a balcony area that overlooks the space. The bar was a good size with a large screen TV. Three very clean bathrooms in the foyer area. We made use of the ice machine and refrigerator for your sodas and waters. The price was very reasonable for this large rental space. My only warning would be to make note of the late night sound restrictions if you're going to use a DJ and play music throughout your event. Beech Tree also has a little shop that have some drinks, trinkets, clothes, decor, etc. that my fiance says is adorable, cute, etc. If you love going to the beach and want to stay at a place owned by some nice people rather than some big corporately owned motel/hotel with no personality or character, check this place out!
