This office lacks professionalism. The office staff calls and make assumptions about health…read moreinsurance policies. I made an appointment 6 months in advance. they call me a week before my appointment and tell me that they need to reschedule me because the doctor will be in surgery that is not a problem: What the issue is when the day they give me doesn't work for me she tells me they have nothing and then she goes," Do you know how hard it is to get an appointment here?" Yes I made 6 months ago. I hate that the staff here is ignorant and not willing to listen to patient needs.

She listened to my concerns, made me feel heard and understood, and made a plan of action right away without making me jump through a bunch of unnecessary hoops to get the surgery I need to improve my quality of life. Her staff was also on top of it when I had an insurance issue, helping me get it all straightened out. I tend to get overwhelmed in such situations but they were super helpful and reassuring. I'm very happy to have found Dr. Padilla.

I'll keep this short... for the staff of Sutter in this location, some have been here for a long time and forget how to listen. This not only happened to me but the conversations I overhear in the waiting room makes me think that longtime staff has forgotten about customer service. For they most part they do pretty good just of handling their customers'' needs. Lots of parking, just be aware that some of the trees drop sap in the summer and fall.
