One of them always has an intellectual disabled boy/man for free labor. They make a lot of promises in the initial grooming phase to gain control. They are known for "loaning" their employees cash advances, shed houses, vehicles, phones to keep the employees indebted to them. Once you receive a "loan" they act like you owe them for life and hold it over your head. All manipulation tactics and lies. After gaining control, they talk down/holler/belittle their employees like they are their slaves. You won't see the owners lifting a finger, just opening their mouths to belittle you to keep you down. And when you start to catch on to their tactics or quit, you are the problem and they did so much for you. All lies. They will run your name into the ground to everyone with fabricated lies to make themselves look good. Make threats to scare you into remaining quiet. In their minds who would believe an addict with a past over a Hatch. Please do not fall victim to their greed stricken games. My grandkids... ages 17 ...new drivers..learning to navigate the real world had their car breakdown on them. They had gone for help and in the short time gone had their car towed by BPD (it was in a turn lane on Hwy 90...again young and had no clue) .They tried to handle it themselves but couldnt get any real answers themselves ...so i called. When i mentioned the make and model of the car he got off the chart rude and ugly with me about the calls. In my 57 years I have never been treated so unprofesssion. I did manage to get the charges from him and even the cost to tow it home for them. He again was off the chart ugly when my daughter arrived about 10 mins til 5 and was also very ill and was ...basically being pushed out the door....mind you she made it before 5..having to leave work early....no way was she sending her babies up there alone. Now there will be extra storage (which after reading other comments i understand why he wouldnt assist at 10 til 5. $$ Money that 17 year olds dont get easily as hard as they work they are just beginning in the work field and in life. Its really hard to teach them how to treat people when these are their first experiennces with the real world. I will also be calling BPD and letting them know our experience and just how unprofessional of a company they are dealing with. I dont wish this experience on any one.... especially their teenage kids trying to do the right thing !!! Its a sad world we are living in with people like this.
