I had a brain freeze. I don't know what kind of brain freeze she had before that was completely. No one in the restaurant or at the drive-through there were about four people or five employees in there. They were all talking eating having a good time and just shooting the breeze and ignoring me because I was trying to pick up an order. These kids that work at night are very unprofessional rude and they often give a very dismissive behavior as a grown woman. No one should be disrespected and just ignored even if they already ordered it online. As like most Albertsons stores most have a full service Starbucks inside of them where you can grab some coffee and start shopping. I really enjoy the bakery and their chocolate chip cookies they sell as well. The fried chicken is the best for a quick dinner on the go and they always have all the sides you can choose from. At this particular store they had a wide variety of Cajun seasonings and spices I just had to pick up and take with me on the road back to CA since you can't find anything like that besides here in LA. This store has a huge selection of beer, wine, and liquor that is sold right conveniently inside. I was cursed out by an employee after I ask what time it was because I had misplaced my phone and I didn't have a watch on. She just started hollering at me in saying she's coming she's coming and when I reply to her that I was asking for another reason, she shouted at me. It's not my fault you left your damn phone at home, don't talk to me. Don't say nothing to me. I was incomplete this relief but at the same time I did not let her talk to me like I'm a little child. I'm a grown woman so I did tell her where I stand and I kept on doing what I was doing with the person at the checkout desk, who was very courtesy and apologize to me for that. She said that's not what we represent. I spent hundreds of dollars in the store every week particularly on Friday and that disrespect was uncalled for. There was not even a manager in the store no store manager, just a director who refused to come down after I asked for him.
