They need better management. Time management is horrible. They have no structure and no real understanding of how to work a business. The food is ok. They never have anything that you order on the menu. everything you see in person is not on the online menu so when you order it, they won't let you switch it out because they don't have the right to do it so they say, but it has been done for me before. I love the salads at McAllisters. My go to is the southwest salad and it is always so filling. The salad is huge and they do not skimp on the chicken. My fiancé always gets the southwest chicken sandwich. The sweet tea is very addicting. This location in particular was very clean. Highly recommend. read more

The food is OK. The service is a lousy. My wife went in there to get a 2 for 1 deal and asked for an extra bowl of chili. The person who took her order never gave her the price of the food. She said she would pay for it after her food came up so my wife asked for two bowls of chili and she told her it would be five dollars. My wife said OK and she asked if she wanted it. My wife did reply. Yes but she never did it. I think the food is good. I just think that the employees have selective hearing and that's bad for business. The only thing making this a two star review is that the food was really good. Otherwise the experience was terrible. I ordered a meal for delivery last week. Part of the order was omitted. I called and was given a lame excuse. Then I was told that I could just come in and pick up the missing components. Since I had covid I couldn't do that. On to today. Was driving through from a road trip and I was starving and this popped up on the map. Let me tell y'all.... The customer service was superb!!! The cashier, bagger, & cook were so nice and considerate of us taking our time to order. The food.... SO GOOD!! Savannah chopped salad was big enough for two and offered flavorful grilled chicken, cucumbers, tomatoes and sherry vinaigrette dressing. The iced teas are huge here! And I think they put a half lemon in everyone- huge lemon wedges! Service was helpful and friendly. Busy at lunch. A number of employees circulating through the dining area bussing tables and refilling drinks. This aspect of customer service is well practiced. While standing in line, I didn't see a table remain dirty for long. I ordered a grilled sandwich, Sweet Chipotle Chicken, chips and a soft drink. Wrong choice. The meat was a single layer, 3/8 of an inch thick with a smear of yellow cheese. Aside from the paltry amount of meat, the flavor was sweet but lacked the distinctive character of a smoked jalapeño. Oh well. This one was a dud. Other members of my lunch party of 7 enjoyed sammies with meat piled high. Every experience I've had here has been FANTASTIC. On separate occasions, I've tried so many different things. The cheese & broccoli soup stands out in my memory. Such a normally mediocre meal is a whole different experience here, though. The flavors are phenomenal. Soup & a sandwich is usually my favorite order. Get yourself a big glass of sweet tea! Rudest night shift ever, came in with family at seven one of the workers starting turning lights off saying she was giving a warning mind you they closed at 8, once they brought our nachos out they had given us half full bowls of chili and cheese and chips when we ordered Mac n cheese. To top it off we ordered a nacho to go but was told before leaving that they ran out of queso and had counted the register down so we could not get a refund but a damn complimentary meal which wasn't wanted at all. Sandwiches are amazing, according to my nephew at least. I got the grilled cheese and their squash soup. The soup was good, but the sandwich was disappointing. I expect a grilled cheese to have gooey, melted cheese running from it and the cheese was just a bit warm in this one. The wait was also pretty long for a warm cheese sandwich (10 - 15 minutes). Everyone loves McAlister's but this one is so poorly managed that it ruined the whole experience. Upon arrive at 3:00pm the store is empty (no guests) but every table is dirty. The worker made us wipe down our own tables! All of the workers were sitting down not working and proceeded to not work once we ordered. The bathroom was completely out of toilet paper. They were out of potatoes for spuds. Had no lemonade or tea ready. McAlister's is know for their customer service and management. This one was HORRIBLE! read more

I come here often and they are always so courteous. Sometimes the wait is longer than others but it's always been worth it. The amount of food you get is unreal and always delicious! The seating is a little cramped but that's more people being jerks than the facility being inadequate. Located on the Sears-side-of-the-mall, this place is both clean and modern both inside and outside. Being built in 2008, the restaurant is very new and very nice. The food is similar to the Subway menu ( of course), but the sides include either chips or mac and cheese. There is also flatbread pizzas, salads, panini's and desserts. The food is cooked within 5 minutes and very good. The staff is also nice and clean up regularly. The prices are high though...like $10.00 for the average combo. read more
