I called Arrow Appliance on Saturday 10/07/23, and explained to the technician we had vents, and…read moredryer cleaned out because dryer was randomly throwing error code 90. After this was done, dryer was now throwing error code 80 or error code 90 every 5-10 minutes when the dryer was running. The technician informed me it was common for these types of dryers; and if the dryer is heating, most people continue to run them and disregard the code. It could be the thermostat, or something with the board. I wanted to go ahead and schedule an appt to have it repaired. Appt was scheduled Monday 10/09 between 12:00pm-4:00pm. No one showed up on Monday, towards the end of the day I realized it was Columbus Day assumed maybe the office was closed. On Wednesday 10/11 I tried to dry a load of laundry, and kept restarting it after the error code, after about an hour of doing this frequently I noticed a plastic burning smell, and decided not to continue. I called this company back and spoke with a nice woman, who apologized for the no show and explained to me their after hours technician (Jason I think) did not put me on Mondays schedule like he was supposed to. I understand mistakes happen not the end of the world. She could get me on the schedule Thursday 10/12 between 8am-12pm. I received a text that Jason the technician was on his way. I thought this was the technician I spoke with on Saturday, he seemed knowledgeable of the issue. When Jason the technician arrived, his demeanor was as if he was inconvenienced, not personable at all. When we made it to the laundry room and I started to explain the error code issue / timeline. He immediately jumped to vents being cleaned and how they were cleaned, I've already explained the issue twice, and assume to this technician. I had enough of his attitude and asked him to leave, I was no longer interested in doing business with this company. instead of him cutting me off and jumping to what the issue could be he should have stood there and listened, be respectful of someone's time, especially when they were understanding of the mistake that was made, the customers time was inconvenienced when the company didn't show up. My 17 year old daughter who could hear the technician even stated he was rude after he left. I received a text requesting a review, I decided to share how I felt and responded with two texts " I'm not happy with my experience I asked your technician to leave" and " I think I was rather patient, and understanding for the no show appt on Monday and to have someone show up that was not friendly, seemed inconvenienced, was rather disappointing." I received a response back " Julie C. from Appliance 911 KC/Arrow Appliance OKC: According to our technician the error codes you are receiving on your dryer are for a clogged vent and you advised him they were clean. He asked you who had cleaned your vent, you got upset and you then asked him to leave. I am sorry that you did not have a good experience but there are two sides to every story. In the future you may want to use a different service provider. Thanks!" If someone is going to use the quote "there are 2 sides to every story", as a validation their employee was not being in the wrong.. At least use it correctly sheesh... "There is 2 sides to every story and then there is the truth."

Being that it happened on a Saturday and the July 4th weekend, I was not optimistic to find anyone. But I was desperate so I requested some estimates on Yelp. I immediately heard back from several businesses. Unfortunately, they're either out of my service area or closed for the weekend until the 5th. I was about to give up, that's when I saw John's message. I asked if they had any reviews and he sent me their Google page (you should check it out). Anyway, he was able to come out early Sunday morning at 9 AM to diagnose. John quickly found the issue - a malfunctioning cooling fan. The part needed to be replaced so unfortunately, we have to wait for it. But, he defrosted the coils in the back of the fridge, and that temporarily fixed the cooling issue so we can wait for the part to arrive. For our visit, he charged a $75 service fee, which was provided to me upfront. Definitely check them out.

Recently, my stove, washer and dryer all went out at the same time. When Doug left, dryer wouldn't work. The light wouldn't even come on. He ha d to come back to fix that. When he left all of a sudden the washer hose was leaking. Funny that it happeed as soon as he left. I called him back and he said he'd call me the next week and work me in. 2 weeks later, i called him back. He told me that since im not in Mustang, he waits until he has another job in the city​. He said hw would be out the next week. That's 2 weeks for something that should have been fixed in the first place. When he FINALLY got there. He wanted to charge me another service call. I'm done with Doug and I will not be calling him ever again. I read the other reviews and honestly, I don't care if he is a veteran. Check things before you leave and make sure it works. Beware of this company. Btw, my ice maker still doesn't work correctly(3 years later).

They set an expectation of a time window and showed up during that time. The man who fixed it, Scott came over three separate times. When diagnosing the fridge we weren't certain what was wrong with it. We opened our ice bin and found a solid block of ice in there and when I pulled it out the arm (lever) broke off entirely. I shut off the water and called for service. Scott showed up, diagnosed it over the phone with videos and pics and brought a new ice maker. When installed, it didn't properly dispense still, and the water nozzle in my fridge wasn't working. Scott came back over a second time, and replaced a piece of equipment where my water filter rests, said it goes out often. That fixed the water. I kept waiting for ice but no ice. He came back over, and determined the new ice maker installed was defective. He commented that this was unfortunately common and he brought a replacement for the replacement. Three visits - one charge. Got the problem solved and made me a very happy person. No more trips to buy ice. No more unfiltered OKC tap water. It works like it's brand new. Would Recommend and thank you so much Scott! I know it was a headache but he didn't ghost us after the first visit and stayed in contact until the job was done.
