I scheduled the service call online and it was quick and easy. The tech was on time and looked professional with a mask and gloves. He gave me a estimate for my refrigerator and it was very reasonable and affordable, he had the part and was able to do the repair right then and got my fridge working the same day. N2 really exceeded my expectations and I appreciate them, I will be recommending them to all my friends for any services they need or I need in the future! It was not easy to find someone to fix our range. My husband called a few places but was met with "we don't service that brand". I called this place and was expecting the same thing but was surprised to hear "of course we do". I have a Dacor range, I'm not sure why it was so hard to find someone to fix it! I never asked and should have. The office asked me a few questions and scheduled my appointment. When the gentleman came out to our house, he came on a very rainy day, he was so professional. He immediately put covers over his shoes and even covered our range and countertop before fixing it. He was very informative and knowledgeable. This company is great. read more

Excellent experience with N2 Appliances. Online scheduling was easy. The staff was courteous. The same tech (Shawn) came out both times; once to diagnose the problem with our dryer. A part had to be ordered so he returned in a few days & installed it quickly. A week later I called them & reported problems with the room being extremely hot & noticing moisture coming out from under the dryer. He came out later that day to look at it & determined the problem was not with the dryer but a clogged vent pipe in the wall of the house which is outside of their purview. There was no charge for the service call though. I recommend them and would use them again. read more

I cannot tell you how desperate I was to have my oven repaired. I am knew to the state so I had no idea who to call. I ended up calling several appliance repair companies for quotes and to get this done as soon as they possibly could. While other companies were competitive in price, We had plans in the early evening for a get together and they literally saved me by squeezing me in within a few hours. It took them 2-3 hours to perform and it was late at night (they didn't leave the house until 11pm), but they were patient and friendly during the whole process. We have never needed a service repair for any appliance, but 10 years in, and our ice maker and water on our freezer stopped working, suddenly. Andrew from N2 appliances was out in less than 48 hrs and quickly identified the problem. He ordered the part, and was back early the next week to install.
