But finally having a functioning amp and listening to music again in my apartment after five years and two botched repairs is priceless. I said "he's not even gonna look at it? Because of the year?" So the "we can't take it if it's that old" was a blatant lie because magically they can now 2. The board is priced off of a few factors, all of which require research and they did absolutely ZERO of that to determine a price. They just made it up on the spot. I laughed at the random insult of a number they gave and just left. Absolutely insane experience and I don't know if this location just doesn't train their people correctly or if it's because they hire them so young but good lord that was such a wildly ignorant and unprofessional experience. Dim lighting, modern upscale design, and a record player playing chill tunes. I ordered the Plain Jane matcha which was $10.50. A little pricey, but I was willing to try it out. It was definitely the best matcha I've ever had, and it makes sense that it would be more expensive compared to other places' matcha which tastes watered down in comparison. I will definitely be coming back. Just for the atmosphere. And I'd also like to try their other drinks including the pour-over as l am such a big coffee fan.

Absolutely Terrible Experience and Unacceptable Business Practices at Benson Jewelers…read more I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent experience at Benson Diamond Jewelers located at 35000 Warren Rd, Westland MI .In side Westland Mall. I attempted to redeem a gift card that was purchased on December 31st 2024 at their store, and I was met with nothing but incompetence and a complete refusal to honor it. Despite having the original receipt as proof of purchase, the staff claimed they could not accept the gift card because they had inexplicably failed to load any value onto it. This is utterly ridiculous and a clear indication of their negligence. I presented undeniable proof that the gift card was indeed purchased, yet they offered no reasonable solution or apology for their mistake. To simply refuse to accept their own gift card due to their error is beyond unacceptable and demonstrates a complete lack of customer service. To add insult to injury, while browsing their Pandora selection, I noticed a significant markup on their prices compared to what I've seen at official Pandora stores. Items were being sold for $15 to $25 more than their standard retail price. This blatant price gouging is unethical and makes it clear that this store is taking advantage of its customers. My experience at Benson Diamond Jewelers was nothing short of a nightmare. They not only failed to honor their own gift card due to their own mistake but also appear to be significantly overcharging for popular brands. I would strongly advise anyone considering shopping here to take their business elsewhere. This store lacks integrity, provides terrible customer service, and engages in questionable pricing practices.
