We reached out to Ned to try to get a sense of what any work required might cost. He responded immediately with a general sense of what to expect but also offered to come look at the piano for free. We scheduled an appointment and Ned was right on time. He followed all the appropriate safety protocols and was incredibly polite and professional. He took time to examine our piano, and then he provided a detailed and itemized list of suggested repairs for the piano. He explained the benefit of each suggestion but was not pushy in any way. We chose to have 3 of the 5 suggested items completed and Ned went right to work. He was incredibly thorough and did a terrific job. The piano sounds and plays so much better than it did before, and we are incredibly grateful. We will absolutely reach out to Ned for future piano maintenance and highly recommend his work.

When we walked into the store a different young woman came up to us and said "how can I help you". In a very flat tone with the impression we were bothering her My gf explained the situation to her admitted she knew the 3rd one did nt arrive because it was "out of stock". "Well I didn't place the order so I can't tell you what the status is!" GF said "what if we ordered that chain in a different size?" Clerk. "You don't seem to understand it's out of stock". GF: Well what if you look at a longer length? Clerk: "what don't you understand...it's out of stock!" (In a condescending voice!!). "She's the absolute worst clerk I've ever encountered and that she was not only rude to my friend and I, but that when a woman with a neck brace came into the store she unfortunately had to get that snippy young girl She said "you guys called me three times but I couldn't come in because I had neck surgery so I'm here now! At which the snotty clerk replied "well I don't know what you're talking about. I'll have to look on the computer and see if there are any notes at which the Customer replied.
